Elements Massage — Local services in Southlake

Update: changed from 1 to 4 stars. Shaunte, the manager, called and resolved the situation by making my boyfriend's massage free of charge as well, and offered us both complimentary massages at an alternate elements location.. as well as multiple apologies. I am pleased with the resolution, but unfortunately will not return to this location. Shaunte deserves so much praise. Thank you for humanizing the situation and caring for your customers.

Went to this establishment today for a one hour massage. Showed up a few minutes late but they were accommodating. Then my appointment took a turn for the worse. My appointment was cut short because my therapist told me I had a fungal infection on my back and my massage was over. I, being a clean freak, very hygienic and never having a fungal infection in my life, was mortified. My boyfriend was getting a massage with another therapist and then he was notified. They said I wouldn't have to pay for my service since it had to be cut short, but that my boyfriend might have to pay for his massage. So apparently I was supposed to be humiliated and sit there/wait for him after receiving this news. When asked if I was giving my therapist a tip, I said no. I went to an emergency clinic and wasted $70 for them to tell me I have sensitive dry skin and that the indentation the therapist was referring to on my back was from my bra. Literally wasted a perfect Saturday and now we're probably going to have to pay for my boyfriend's appointment regardless due to this trash review I'm giving. I will never return and I'd never recommend this...

In an effort to continue my self-care reset and commitment, I reserved a massage at Elements. Although, the scheduler did a fantastic job sharing expectations, I thought she was exaggerating about the selected therapist. Well, she wasn’t. What I thought would be somewhat relaxing was truly met with recovery. There are massage therapist. And there is Dee Pettaway. Paving the way to better health. Only if you have the courage to weather the pain. Dee is a professional and she is very knowledgeable about the body. I wasn’t prepared for what Dee had in store for my body. Seder is the real deal. Immediately, her thumb felt like King Kong. Dee has very powerful healing hands that delivers a deeper detox than your average therapist. She is simply amazing! While I’m embarrassed to say I wasn’t ready for Dee, I was able to withstand enough to say my body felt 10 times better than pre-Dee. Thank you Dee for boosting my circulation and making me feel...

Horrible experience! I will never go to Elements Massage again! I scheduled a massage online, using Elements Massage website. Short after, I received email from Elements Massage confirming my appointment for 9am next morning. When I arrived to check in at the Southlake location, I learned that I don’t have appointment? They just told me that their online booking system is not working properly and that they are sorry? Also, they said that they were about to call me to tell me that my appointment is not scheduled? Not sure when they planned to do that since it was already 8:55 and my massage supposed to start at 9? When I asked why they allowing online scheduling when they know that their website is not working properly or why they didn’t add announcement to customers not to book massage online, instead of encouraging online booking – there was no response, except “they are sorry”!
