Came here for the first time on a Saturday morning around 11 AM. They had a sign for a Bowl of the Month: Red, White, and Blueberry bowl, but at the register, they told me that they don’t have that, even though the sign is still on their store. They said the closest one would be a Vitality Bowl, which includes organic Açaí, strawberries, banana, VB superfood blend, with Toppings: organic granola, bananas, strawberries, organic, Goji, berries, and honey. Upon checking in on yelp, there is a 10% off coupon from Yelp. However, when the cashier try to put it in, it was not available in the system so she had to call corporate. Corporate said that they do not honor that discount and it must’ve been someone from Yelp who put the discount in. The staff overall seemed very under trained, and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. It was completely empty when we came in, so thankfully there wasn’t a long way or anything but the bowl took about 15 minutes to make. The bowl was kind of dissatisfying. I was expecting more hearty granola, instead of just dried oats. I was also expecting larger shavings of coconut instead of just some grated coconut that you can get in the baking section of a grocery store. The smoothie was kind of bland, but definitely Açaí. Thankfully, the fruit was fresh. Overall, my experience was not pleasant, and the food was very blah. I would not recommend this place nor would I come back - we’re typically not in this area anyway.

Booo hooo to mike and all bad reviews. That’s your problem that you spend that much . If you’re going to complain make it yourself since Yu want to b cheap and complain about what touch the top of lid 🤣. A business is a business. May b expensive but my exper For the first time was amazing . I had a bite in everyyyy scoop . Usually places just put everything on top . I had it all over my bowl. I loved it . You’re supporting a business . You can’t tell Publix anything just gotta run with it . My bowl was full enough for me and I’m a big girl 🙃. Love this place and I will b back. Customer service was amazing food Amazing, everything was amazing . thank you Maria for the Ammmmazzziiinnnnggggg bowl you’re amazing and thank you to cash register person your amazing.

I was going to this place four or five times a week for the last three months spending $300 per month on Vitality Bowl‘s for my wife and I and now all of a sudden they’re filling them up halfway and the owner doesn’t care when I brought this complaint to his attention. His manager stated it was due to inflation? Owner said that they were always suppose to be half full. I lost complete total respect for this man and the way he conducts his business. $13+ was expensive enough for a bowl, half a bowl is ridiculous at that price. Nekter in Southlake is a lot better, better employees, better management and better prices with full bowls!!

Hey, you guys need to be giving customers what we’re paying for and that is PRODUCT. I came in today with my daughter and we both ordered Aca’i bowls. When we got them the fruit didn’t even touch the top of the lid. I’ve been coming to Vitality Bowl since 2019. I absolutely love them. They’re expensive but well worth it and I’ve never been disappointed until today. We are paying almost $15 for the smaller size bowl but you guys didn’t even give me what I paid for. And when I brought it to your attention the staff from the back told me she goes by “measurements “ but CLEARLY looking at my bowl it was served to me almost half empty. This is a HUGE PROBLEM!!! Please don’t explain to me how you’re using “measurements” making me feel as if I’m wrong for showing you what the problem is. Either STORE OWNER, please retrain your staff OR don’t be stingy trying to save a buck. People work hard for their money, I know I do. I feel like I’m being cheated and I need to bring this to your attention. As a franchise, VITALITY BOWL has a reputation for high quality products and great service. Please do not ruin that. I feel cheated and I’m disappointed overall. Makes me feel like anyone from wherever can just buy a franchise and then cheat the people of this country/community and I’m sick of it! This is a beautiful community please keep it that way and do...

I’ve read through reviews and here’s what I have to say. I believe this is one of the top 10 healthy food places I’ve ever been to. Regarded messages of slow service you have to realize employees here tend to run on a lower age scale. They’re probably high stress, so it’s clear customers should be more understanding and cut slack. As far as rude service I’ve always been treated like a regular, regarded the foreign girl who works here she tends to be hard to understand but I wouldn’t come on yelp and tell people she’s rude. Customer service seems to be a priority for them and that’s something I can’t thank them enough for. Slow service has never been an issue and I’ve always gotten my correct order. I really enjoy coming here and I would ignore the bad reviews. People speak off of one experience, one off day that the company has, and runs to yelp to ruin reputation. It’s frankly not true and I recommend this place to everyone I meet who’s looking for good refreshing food. I’ve lost 15 pounds since I’ve started ordering from here and I wouldn’t pick any other place to be my go to...
