My husband and I went to your store on Sunday 12/23 looking for pajamas for our kids. I was needing LT (large tall) for our son but there wasnât any left. I was nervous to ask for help because the store was busy and the associates were working hard to keep the store clean. But I did, the First Lady I asked wasnât familiar with the menâs section but went to get someone else to help us. Within minutes our Elf asked what we were looking for. She asked for any other size and she would go check. I handed her a 4xl and off she went! (She was moving so quickly it was hard to keep up!!!!) she scanned, she looked, she typed some more and off she went flying thru the store. She found them in new deliveries that were on a rack by all the other pajama pants in menâs. The last pair, the only pair of menâs LT pajama pants in the store and I got them. It was like Christmas when my kids were little and I was searching for that most wanted, most annoying tickle me Elmo!!!!! I wish I got her name! She was so friendly, so quick and completed the task at hand for me! I can only describe her..... long blondish hair past her shoulders, pink reading glasses, an accent I could listen to all day, and a larger than life SMILE! I hope the store can recognize her in someway! I know being a sales associate during the Holiday season can be stressful, and hard.... she never portrayed that to me! Thank you...
   Read moreI honestly wish i could give this store 0 or less stars. My husband received a gift for his birthday, a pack of hanes, they were the incorrect size (too large). When at customer service we explained it was a gift and that they were the incorrect size... she asked "how do you know theyre the wrong size? Did you try them on?" ... ma'am because he knows what size he wears... no we didnt try on underwear... she says she put it back onto the credit card by which they were purchased....they were a gift the card was not ours, why would you put it onto a card we dont have? why wouldnt the purchaser have return them in that case? We said can we do cash or something instead? We didnt purchase them. She says "you can get a gift card unless you wanna buy something elsewhere then you can ask your mommmy to purchase some from other store." How belittling and condescending?! We decided gift card and left. We gave the card to the gifter and said we do not a gift from this store ever again nor will we ever shop at khols again. Customer service with no customer care. I have never been treated so poorly at a store. The underwear was $40 for a pack of 6. We purchsed the right size at walmart for 1/2 the price and better customer service. Absolutely ridiculous attitude. And when i said that to a manager she acted as if it wasnt a problem and had the same attitude. Again... this store is full of...
   Read moreI was checking out and had spent 96.88 and was about to get Kohlâs cash. I asked the cashier wait a second and I walked to the end cap to grab a pop socket I needed to put me over the 100 limit. She had already been given the gift card and coupon prior to scanning items. Instead of waiting she decided to close the transaction and print the Kohlâs cash anyway. Then looked at me and crumpled the coupon I used and told me it was only for one use. I expressed that I was upset and a second teller informed me that we wouldnât get the discount on that item anyways. So I should âfeel betterâ. I need new pants for work that I was going to put the Kohlâs cash towards. It would have helped and the careless attitude the cashier had as she continued with the transaction anyways and then crumpled the coupon was disrespectful and extremely poor...
