I do not like going to this location, which is s bummer as it's the closest one to me. I work late. I get home late. Therefore I eat dinner late. If you close at 10pm, why are you moving all the silverware and straws and things to a nearby table at 8 or 830pm? It makes people feel rushed, as if you do not want to be there. Also, have to make sure I'm there by 8pm or they will be out of the peppers/veggies. Without fail, every single time I go there, they are out. This last time, they were out of peppers, steak, queso, AND chips. But I didn't know they were out of chips til I was already paying, but I still had to pay for the guac that I had just asked for. What the hell, really? The chips are often stale at this location also. And the fruit juice/punch whatever it is by the soda machine, usually out of what I get or they're all empty. Look-if you don't want to stay open til 10pm, then don't stay open til 10pm. Don't stay open if you're just going to half-a$$ the last 2hrs. That's not fair to the people who want to eat there and get the same experience as the people who eat before 8pm. I expressed my frustrations with the employee who was checking me out. I expressed my frustrations while going down the line because each section of food, you were out of something I wanted. One worker didn't speak English and she was just smiling and nodding the whole time. The other 2 just looked at me dumbfoundedly. Didn't say anything or give me a reason as to why they were out of so many things at friggin 830 at night. Poor service. Poor training. . . Something... I don't like going to places that make me feel as if I am inconveniencing them and like they don't wanna be there. Like sure, you're working. You don't wanna be there, its been a long day, you're tired.. whatever.. But you don't show that to people. Not when you're in the service industry/deal with the public. That's not...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlrighty. As a previous employee of chipotle, I get the in and outs and how hard this job could be. I just have a few things from my visit today that Iād like to be addressed so it doesnāt happen to someone else. The app has been really screwey for me with any in-app rewards (which is not the stores fault, but if someone knows the answer please let me know). So I ordered my meal online without my birthday chips and guac. I needed to pick up my bowl earlier than I had planned when placing it and called ahead to let them know. I placed my order at about 1:45 ish to be picked up at 2:30. When I called ahead to say I was on my way now, they said it was already made. Hold up. YALL WERE GOING TO JUST LET MY FOOD GET COLD FOR ALMOST 40 MINUTES??? And there are no heat lamps. My food was lukewarm at best. Whatever. I let them know I was unable to get my birthday guac and chips, so I showed them the coupon in store and asked if I could still use it because iād spent twice the requirement for the coupon to work. I had to ask for a manager to help because the cashier was kinda like āoh darn, that sucksā and wasnāt going to just help me, even though that is a Chipotle standard to help the guest. They gave me a premade guac from the reach in that had a huge air bubble causing it to be brown and gross and it had a huge alvocado peel. I did not feel super taken care of, especially on my birthday...
