Long time member and have given this location multiple opportunities to salvage relationship. Tried them again recently after a 1+ year hiatus. Walked in at 340 to sign up for their next available class which happened to be at 430. Ran home to shower and change clothes only to be turned away when I walked back in at 425. I was a member at this very location pre-Covid and their front desk turned me away, lost a 5 day/week member because I had to âre-tour the facilityâ. Same personnel that signed me up for the 430, knew I was racing home to change so I can make it back in time, never mentioned a cut off time for arrival BEFORE class started turned me away because he couldnât find a way to make it happen or use proper judgement to regain a customer.
The locations I went to in other states and other locations in DFW have received my business with upwards of 240 classes a year. Switching to F45. Continuous horrible service despite all their âchanges in managementâ and efforts to recapture clients.
Note to management: make it EASY for people to join your facilities when theyâre making the tough decision to commit to a fitness journey. Donât create illogical obstacles if youâre trying to get back to your glory days when OTF was admired by clients AND coaches. Itâs no wonder access to classes has been reduced so drastically- clients AND coaches have been driven away by the revolving door of trainees greeting...
Read moreIn my 40 something years of life I have never belonged to a gym - or exercised for that matter. As those around me always warned, my metabolism slowed and my . . . physique changed. Having no experience with formal exercising I was reluctant to join anywhere. The LAST thing I wanted was to be surrounded by meat heads and model want to be's. I had the pleasure of meeting Julie who was doing an OT promotional table at Cool Greens in Southlake. Immediately I felt comfortable - not confident, but comfortable enough to give it a try. After them persistently texting to ask when I'd like to schedule my first workout, I finally made an appointment. A proud OT member now for over 3 months I just increased my package from 8 times per month to unlimited because I love going! The best part about OT is you set your own pace - regardless of your level of athleticism, you can participate in all workouts at a pace that doesn't kill you. In 3 months time my "pace" has increased tremendously, and continues to increase with each workout. DECREASED is my weight - I'm down 12 pounds!! If joining a gym is a goal but fear is standing in your way, TRY OT!! If you're like me, you'll find yourself asking "why didn't I join sooner!!" Rory Dunham -...
Read moreI moved heaven and earth on Tuesday to get someone to watch my kids while I went to try the 1215 class and they sent me a text message that the class was canceled 1 hour before it was starting. I rebooked and went Thursday but they tell you to be there 30 minutes before for your first class. I was checked in within 5 minutes and then stood there for another 20 minutes just wasting time until the instructor âshowed me aroundâ basic exercise equipment 5 minutes before the class. The front desk person was very cold and unwelcoming. Then I booked for a Saturday morning class and my kids got sick in the middle of the night. I went to cancel 6 hours before the class and it said I will lose the class credit because I didnât cancel 8 hours before⌠so apparently they are allowed to cancel on you any time they want but itâs a huge inconvenience for them thatâs going to cost you a class if life...
