Update- Exceptional friendly customer service from Hannah as always. I selected the black velvet, twix, frosted sugar, snickerdoodle, pumpkin spice latte, chocolate chip, and peanut butter fudge. The peanut butter fudge is now one of my favorites! The establishment is spotless and vibrant each time I visit. Wow! This is one for the books. First time customer at Cookie Society. I ordered frosted oatmeal, banana pudding, M&M, frosted sugar, & oatmeal cream pie. The cookies are slightly crisp with a soft inner core. These are the type of cookies that taste great heated, at room temperature, or straight out of the fridge. Each cookie I selected was delicious! I enjoyed them best after refrigerating. The banana pudding was so unique, never experienced this in a cookie. My overall favorites were the frosted sugar and oatmeal cream pie. Jeff and Marissa Allen Cookie Society deserves all the praise. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve been to Cookie Society so many times that I couldn’t resist sharing my experience. Honestly, their cookies are among the best I’ve ever tasted! As a self-proclaimed cookie expert, I take my cookies seriously especially chocolate chip and Cookie Society has undoubtedly earned the gold medal in my book. The customer service here is consistently outstanding everyone is always eager to help, and that makes a huge difference.

I want to give a special shoutout to the store manager, Angie. She’s always greeted me with a warm smile, and I love how she takes the time to answer all my questions and recommend her favorites. Angie truly makes me feel welcome every time I visit, and her attention to detail enhances my overall experience. The store is always clean, and it’s clear that Cookie Society has a fantastic team leader in Angie. In my Sinead O' Connor voice (RIH), "nothing compares!" These cookies actually taste like the real deal (i.e., authentically homemade). Clearly, recipes are family owned, protected, and extend down from a long lineage of amazing bakers. Just my guess and I am rolling with it. Cookie Society stands tall and well above the rest. No more visiting their competitors once you have enjoyed every "crumble," it is truly a "treat!"
