I saw there was a Williams-Sonoma in the shopping center and was very happy as I needed some black truffle oil. I went in asked where it was. She showed me then I asked to use the rest room as my stomach was a little upset. The lady directed me to leave the store and go outside to a Porta John on the street from I assume the art festival outside. I said I was not feeling well and did not wish to use a hot Porta John then come back. She said they had no bathroom. I find that hard to believe and you should never send a costumer to leave your store then expect them to come back. I left and was going to go back after using the rest room as I rally wanted and needed the truffle oil that is not sold in many places (especially good ones) but out of principal I could not. I believe it is so rude to ask a customer wanting to buy your goods to find a rest room elsewhere and then want you to come back to purchase your goods. I truly hope they read this and treat customers as they would want to be treated. (Especially when someone is not feeling well). I hope karma finds her in the same rude situation so she treats customers as they should be treated. Very sad as I still need my truffle oil and now need to find another place to buy...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Possibly the very worst customer service and treatment I have ever experienced. Especially at a store that caters to the clientele that it does. Purchased an espresso machine 90 days ago on Mother’s Day. It stopped working, took it back to exchange or get fixed. At first a lovely English lady tried to help me but had to bring in a manager who was so incredibly dismissive and rude for no reason whatsoever. “You need to go to Breville, we don’t do that here” I politely explained that I purchased it from here and any help would be much appreciated to which she turned around and walked away without a solitary word. I guess my type aren’t worthy of basic human dignity in Williams and Sonoma. Do not shop here, they do not warranty products only pass the buck back to the manufacturer and when you ask for help you are thrown to the curb like a piece of trash because you aren’t buying another $1000 machine that day. Absolutely appalled by this treatment and I hope that no one else has to experience such a rude and hostile...
Read moreI have never written a negative review in my life. I always think there is already enough negativity in our world but I can't let this experience pass me up. I went to the Southlake store ( where I purchased my items) to see what their return policy is with out a receipt. The items I purchased were glass containers with snap on lids. The lids on both of them broke. The plastic sides just snapped on them. I only used them twice so obviously they are made poorly. I was told by Nikki that I could not return them if I did not have the receipt.{ They also still sell the product as it was on their shelves.} I only bought them in November or December. I then asked her, do y'all not stand by your products and she said "How do I not know if you bought it a garage sale broken and are trying to return it?" Wow! I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I will definitely not step foot in this store ever again. It's worth the drive to go to Dallas to Crate and Barrel. Maybe your company should do a training session with...
