Let's get into this review! We needed a bathing suit for the beach. We selected one but needed to try on the top. When I finally found an associate to request the dressing room, she just looked at me. I had to ask if she worked there again and let her know I needed entry into the dressing room.

Well the doors auto close/lock when you leave the room so of course I had to locate her again when we needed to try another suit and size. This was slightly annoying as there were only 4 other shoppers and 3 other associates. Anyway we found something suitable.

While heading to the front to grab a few shot glasses and pay, I happened to look up to check for an Air Force flag. I became completely distracted by the Trump flag. Usually I'm not bothered because there's typically an assortment of Biden and Trump flags in most retail shops. Nope! Not this one. That lead me to believe that they are supporters of Trump. And, since I'm not, I didnt want to spend my money there. I dont have a "black job" but I have "green" dollars and my niece wanted the swimsuit so we purchased. However, I will...

Been vacationing here for 9 years now and always make a point to visit this store. Went in and found a pair of shorts and wanted to try them on. As I approached the one employee at the front desk he saw me, turned and walked to the other end of the counter on what was CLEARLY a personal call. So, I walked down to that end of the counter only to have him turn his back to me and stare outside as the conversation was seemingly more important. The shorts were put back on the rack and I as I left I saw him doing the same to the one other customer in the store as was approaching to pay! My grandchildren and I make a point of ALWAYS visiting this store when we are at our family's beach house in Southport. On a recent visit 8/7/21, my grandson wanted to have a custom decal t-shirt made, but we were having trouble deciding on a color for the shirt and placement of the decal. In stepped an employee named Steven. He helped us with everything and thanks to his professionalism the shirt turned out GREAT! Not only that, he had us laughing and enjoying the whole experience. He even walked to the front when we were checking out to be sure the "new girl" running the register rang everything up correctly in a kind, non-condescending manner.
