Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

Sometimes, they have to utilize doordash drivers. I do not know how that ordered tasted nor if it looked good. The dasher gave me a run around about 10 minutes from when the Lil tracker said like 1min to delivery....I SURE AM HUNGRY AND I GOT A FREE COOKIE! The driver mentioned there must of been a big accident. Lots of ambulances. I live directly behind 211. NOPE! So, I give a few more minutes. It's like 10 minutes on top of the 10 minutes and well....the tracker showed that the dasher was at Lowe's/Walgreens. Shopping? Chilln'? DEFILING MY PIZZA!?!?!?! I called the restaurant, and the manager gave me a prompt refund. The driver shows up, and he's jaw jacking about the fictitious accident and how he can still hear ambulances. 🚑's UM🤔... then I refuse the order, and he starts being mildly aggressive/pushy and how it's not his fault. I'm pretty easygoing, but when it comes to my food, ....not so much. The dasher also looked as if he dressed in a dark and dirty storage shed and wasn't very clean in personal hygiene. 🛑 Yeah, no!!! Horrible customer service, ordered pizza online with points paid extra for the fast delivery 2.99 paid extra to go large. Screen pop's up says, 88 to 98 minutes estimated delivery time. Keep in mind the previous order said 18 to 28 minutes took well over 1 hour. Asked if they could replace my loyalty points was told would have to call cooperate. Told them on phone as i was canceling order. That I would just use Dominos from now on. Truly don't understand how they are still in business. Update 02-23-2020 order was wrong again called was told 1.5 hours to bring the correct order. Rude woman on the phone not apologetic at all was my fault they messed it up. Steer clear spend your MONEY elsewhere constantly messed up orders. It's simple pizza I use to run a pizza place so I completely understand what's involved. 2nd edit 09 -27-2020 tried ordering online app after placing order pops up saying 119 to 129 minutes for delivery. This place really needs to hire delivery drivers. Papa Johns needs to pay them more or something. Out of the past 5 orders with Papa Johns I have only received the correct order once. They have door dash drivers pick them up and they ALWAYS deliver the wrong order. One time I instructed the person where I lived, I had COVID at the time and couldn't answer the door. I told him what I had and kept repeating he had 2 orders. He gave me the wrong one even though I told him "no that is the other order". He left that one at my door anyways. I am becoming frustrated with them not sending their own drivers out here and getting my correct order. Papa John's DO BETTER and pay your drivers more.

Oh and not to mention they cut off their online delivery orders on their website during busy times like Memorial Day weekend and the 4th of July. They went to "take out only". You know how much delivery drivers employed with Papa John's would have made at a busy beach town during...
