A little about my son-
Hats are everything to him. He's spent 1000s on hats. He can be a great customer. But people don't realize he has autism. Not everyone who's special needs appears that way.
All of us are doing our best to assist him w/daily life, but sometimes that requires people in customer service to be decent people too. I understand its difficult. I've been there. It sucks.
He told me he was threatened by a woman who said she was a manager at your company or owner. More than one threat.
I didn't feel comfortable calling you guys yesterday, I was upset, still am. Plus my jaws currently wired shut.
I'm still NOT okay w/people who're okay w/treating special needs the way your company did.
I didn't leave a BBB.
I've had a business. So I won't leave your business a bbb review bc you "tried" to rectify it. I usually don't unless I feel it's in the best interests of the public.
This is a learning moment. Take it and improve.
Your other reviews are good, I read a few of them. So you must not be all that bad. Maybe it's just difficult for your company to treat people equally who have disabilities? ๐คทโโ๏ธ Attitude checks maybe? Idk
You gave him the hat for free, but told him to never come back. Whoever Ashley is, was real mean to him today.
In my opinion your company has shamed him enough! And continued to do so today. How I wish I'd been there recording it. I'm still disappointed today. What you guys did was wrong. Take accountability. He certainly has or I wouldn't be here defending him. He was crying to me yesterday. Really upset!

He's obsessed w/hats & has spent a lot of money designing them & buying hats already designed BY Luke Bryan & many other copyrighted hats. His family & friends buy him lots of hats too, NOT ILLEGALLY.
Money's not usually an object w/him & his hats. But patience are required for all of us, staff, his parents, family, friends & hopefully people he buys from. I don't think he quite understands copyrights like we do. He thinks if he makes something different he can use it. I apologize that he doesn't understand that. We're working on it.
You guys threatened to have him sued, to call the police, to stay off your property, to double charge him. Etc. Over a logo.
He called me terrified yesterday, thinking he was gonna be carted off to prison. He doesn't reason the way we do.
I feel like this entire thing could've been handled with A LOT more professionalism.

He's met Luke Bryan in person. More than once. Luke's great w/special needs children & adults. My son loves the guy & Luke loves him. I doubt he'd remember my son, because he does a lot for these kids. My son thinks they're great friends.
I understand customer service can be difficult. I've been in it my entire life. Have stories that'd make you laugh and cry. It'd be great if we could all treat each other w/more kindness. I guess that's why we have to resort to public reviews. Smh
All I ask as a mother who can't always be there in person w/my son, is that next time someone w/special needs comes in, try to be kinder to them. People treat them bad enough already.
They don't always understand thing's we do. But they're people too, w/emotions, usually stronger than ours.

At first, I got two pairs of scrubs that were supposed to be embroidered and they did them incorrectly. Then after my 3 month mark at my job we get a jacket, and it took not 2 weeks like they said it would, but 5 weeks to get my jacket. And it was the wrong size. And they didnโt even call me when it was done and they sent it with someone else, and so I had to track that person down as well. Lastly, I got two new scrub tops that needed to be embroidered. I took them in on a Wednesday morning and told them I needed them ASAP (which they SAY they can get done that day) . They told me they would get them done in two days. I called at the two day mark and they said another week. Then I called after that week and they said they would be done tomorrow. Called them this morning and they said another 5 days.
