Staff is absolutely amazing! Out of all the dozens of vape shops I've been to they're by far the most knowledgeable and helpful whether it comes to mods or Vapes or coils and how things hit or taste but they are also without question the friendliest and most welcoming staff I've ever met. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the prices of juice are still really expensive. For example a single bottle of juice cost $22 and I can get the same brand from another store for $14. And I really wish you would get naked juices in especially lava flow. I know half a dozen people that that's their primary juice and they go to other stores just for that juice. And referring to my earlier comment about the $22 bottle if you buy two of them they're $27 which is a good price and they say it's because it comes in two packs but why not offer all of your juices at that price, two for 27?? I go here about every other week after work and the same two gentlemen are always there to help me out. I believe their names are Connor and Blake. They go above and beyond each and every time to make sure I have everything I need.. including knowledge. I’ve been vaping since 2013 and yet I always learn something new each visit. Connor always has a smile on his face and has never once rushed me when I barrage him with questions. They give me all the time I need to make a decision or ask about an issue I’m having. They are both so quick to help in any way they can. Seriously, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a vape shop (and I’ve been to many all across the country). I had a very pleasant experience in this vape shop. The Customer service I received today was top notch.I hobbled into this store with a very swollen broken toe before I realized I accidentally forgot my ID in my car. The employee was extremely nice and let me use Thier phone to call my boyfriend to bring it in to me so I didn't have to walk back outside. I think it says alot about a buisness when employees strickly follow company policy. To me, that means they value Thier job and don't want to lose it. As a mother, I greatly appreciate the fact they check and scan ID's before purchase. I definitely don't want my kids to be able to walk into a vape shop and buy whatever they want.
