With all due respect to Dr Johns and the staff there, don't waste your time here.

I bought a toy here for 80 dollars, and it crapped out on me about 1 month later. I decided to do some research, so I got on Amazon and discovered that the same exact toy I bought for 80 dollars was 15 dollars on Amazon. This place buys cheap inventory and then jacks up the prices. Terrible way to do business.

Looking back now on the whole event, I just shake my head because while I was there, I was told that if the toy breaks, I have to go through the company that manufactured it to get a replacement. Which makes sense, but that's Dr Johns pretty much telling you when this breaks, you have to go through the manufacturer, not us, who sold it to you for almost 5x what it's really worth.

The employee also told me some false information about how it's "totally dangerous to buy toys on Amazon, and if you do, you'll get a used toy". Total scare tactic to get me to buy their overpriced, cheap garbage.

And I feel like I need to say this, no matter how harsh it may be, the staff there is not professional at all. If you're in or from the Spanish Fork area, you're better off going to Dirty Jo Punsters on Main St,...

This place is horrible they have employees giving reviews to boost the review rating that’s ridiculous this place is horrible as well as the staff and management my sister-in-law went in there I have been in there and that’s nothing but a joke to even get corporate‘s number we were given the runaround and had to call out of state to even get the phone number for them we have been in contact with the city of Spanish Fork I’m working to get that business shut down an out of our city customers don’t care what toys or products you already own personally We coming to get what we are looking for and leave the best store down here would be dirty Joe’s I recommend going there and nowhere else Doctor John’s as a joke just like the staffing they need to...

For couples that might be a little timid or uncomfortable, or for those who are curious and just want to ask questions, Kammy is the one to talk to! Super informative without making it weird. She has people skills that make people feel at ease and can literally help with whatever advice you want on any product. She is a newer manager. Previously when my wife and I had gone, we doubted we'd ever be back... not too impressed... but once new management took over this store is classier than any I've seen in utah!!! Prices are a bit high, but the knowledge base is much greater at this store. I assume that is due to constant employee turnover, which isn't a good sign for a business, but if you just ask for Kammy you'll be in...
