Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Spanish Fork

I was disappointed today during my shopping experience because I went in for a quick exchange. The line to check out was a bit long but not too extensive. Maybe 4 or 5 people in front of me but the line continues to build behind me. One person checking out had a mountain of stuff to check out so that is going to take time, reasonably. My issue isn't the line to how many items people had to check out though, my issue was that there were three people behind the counter but only 2 people cashiering while 1 person organized hangers. I thought maybe she was just clearing the register so she (?) (they had bright pink hair) could hop on and check people out but she got the counter clear and then continued organizing behind the counter. She seemed to be watching the line but the only reason we were getting through was cashier #3. She got all the people with just a few items processed really quickly and I give props to her. ive worked at a store like this before so I know how it works. While checking out at Ross last night my mother-in-law received a ripped 20 dollar bill. In any other case this would have been completely fine but she was leaving to a different country the next day, meaning they would not accept ripped U.S currency. I explained that to the cashier and she was very kind about it, she then called the manager to open the drawer. The store was a mess everything was shoved places, item on the floors. The changing rooms were not any better. My daughter found a pill of some kind in the door of the changing room where the lock should be. The check out line was huge with only 1 cashier and another employee sauntering near by.
