Sleep Number — Local services in Spanish Fork

The bed is great but after year of warranty ironically everything starts breaking. And you are CHARGED FOR EVERYTHING. Expect to pay several hundred dollars for new air chamber and hoses. Then an extra 150.00 for their guys to come fix it. Shipping is additional to get parts to you. Honestly I would look at other beds and companies who won't try to take your thousands of dollars and hope you get a good sleep. PS customer service doesn't care if you have nothing to sleep on when your bed is flat, they're in another country so no sweat off their backs and while this company is hauling in billions, it is interesting they have to outsource, out of America. Alex did a great job showing us a variety of options until we found the perfect fit and configured a setup that fit into our price range. These guys are so awesome! They do not try to be all pushy or push you to upsell ans make you feel uncomfortable Stretch was so nice and easy to work with! They were having some great sales so we recommend several people there and they were helped by Alex. He is the manager and so helpful and great! Couldn't recommend them enough!! We can not wait to get our mattress!!!
