Sophos Survival — Local services in Spanish Fork

I went to Sophos Survival store in Spanish Fork Utah for the first time today planning to pick up some things for a 72 hour survival kit. I walked in and Kim asked me if I needed help. I told him this is my first time in here and I wanted to look at everything in the store. He said no problem. If you have questions about anything or need help, please let me know. Then he went back to his computer screen and I took my old sweet time meandering through the store and looked at everything I could. Portable stoves, freeze dried meals, portable potties, waterproof matches, sleeping bags, water purification systems, water storage, knives, hatchets, solar powered battery systems, backpacks, etc. I ended up buying a basic 72 hour survival kit with a 15% discount. I was so happy! I’ve wanted to put a 72 hour kit together myself for years and now I finally achieved that small goal. I feel like I cheated a bit because I just bought a put together kit and didn’t put it together myself but the end result is the same. I’ll add a few of my personal items and then I’m set! If you need any survival items, I recommend stopping at Sophos Survival store. They have tons of inventory, there’s no pressure to make a sale from the attendants and they are very knowledgeable about their products. I had a 5 star experience...

I have visited Sophos Survival many times and I always have a great experience with them. Isaiah has taken such good care of me. We purchased a Harvest Right freeze dryer from them and when it didn't pull a vacuum properly when we got it home the manufacturer recommended either shipping it back to them or driving it up to SLC. I was not thrilled with either option. I called Isaiah and he said he needed to drive up there for a meeting with them, so he took it up there for us! (Disclaimer: Isaiah might not be able to do this for every customer that has a problem with their freeze dryer, but the fact that he was willing was next level customer serve). I buy mylar bags and oxygen absorbers from them as well as first aid and other survival and camping supplies.

I've also taken a first aid class with my daughter. I love the community involvement that Sophos offers. This really helps those in the community that would rather learn in person rather than Youtube. They offer other classes too. Keep an eye on their website for classes that interest you.

Sophia Survival is absolutely amazing. Last year we bought a freeze dryer from them and I was able to meet the owner Isaiah. He took exceptional care of us and literally went the extra mile for us. A few days later we had an issue with the pump and he walked us through the warranty with the manufacturer and got us squared away. It was such an amazing experience that we just bought his Extra Large Freeze Drier. The typical wait time is 4-6 weeks from the manufacturer and he had them on hand and even at a cheaper price than the manufacture. Not to mention he added a few extra goodies including tray stackers.
