Terrible! We came in at about 9:20PM, ordered our drinks quick, paid for it, then headed to the tables to take a seat while we wait. We didn't know they were about to close (at 9:30PM) until we heard one of the employees talk to the table who were already sitting there. She told them, "We already got you your drinks, we are closed now so (then pointed them to the door)". Rude! If you think that's an acceptable way to talk to customers then you guys have no business being in the service industry. What made it worst is this ill mannered employee "Juliet" who made blatant gestures that she wanted us out, standing at the entrance with her arms crossed, rolling her eyes. When my girlfriend told our daughter we needed to leave because looks like everyone was ready to go she told my girlfriend, "What? I didn't even talk to you!" Never have I seen this many employees acting so poorly in one place. Most especially at a Starbucks where I thought great service is an asset. The drinks weren't great either. Just an overall terrible experience. Save yourselves the trouble guys and give your business somewhere else deserving of it. ...
Read moreI stopped by the Spanish Fort Starbucks to purchase a gift card. I entered the door and got in what I thought was 'the line' (which only had one lady standing in it). I stood behind the lady/customer for a good 5-7 minutes patiently waiting as FIVE employees busied themselves behind the counter. In turn, each of the employees made eye contact with me but continued with his/her tasks, so I knew they each knew I was there...waiting. Another customer entered and walked around me, approached another counter (about six steps from where I was standing) and an employee immediately asked if she could take his order! Surprised by the way the employees had all ignored the fact that I had been standing there for so long and not one of them asked if they could help me, I walked the six steps and positioned myself behind the guy. It was then that someone recognized that I was there and needed some help! I expressed my displeasure with being ignored only to hear, "Sorry". I left the store very irritated and I have no plans of visiting that...
Read moreI drop into this location occasionally to order food and I have never had any issues. Everyone has always been really fast and efficient. I am writing today because on Friday I visited to buy a new mug. I needed to replace one that I damaged. I was thinking I was still in time to get the 50%off they offered for the holidays. However the deal ended on December 25th and I came in on the 29th. I was so disappointed. I explained this to the young cashier I did not get his. He was young and blonde I think. Anyway, he took the time to help me find a cup that was still on their mark down list. I was so so happy and I appreciated the customer service so much ! They are always kind but this was over the top! Thank you ! I added a picture of my cup so that hopefully he will remember me. I won't forget him and his kindness.
