This is how I felt after meeting and working with Bob and his staff.

During a recent storm, the high winds broke the zipper on our 5th wheel cover, so my wife reviewed the Reno area upholstery businesses, then called and spoke with Bob. I decided to drive to the shop and meet with Bob, so he could view the cover and zipper. He promptly told me of the zipper type and that he would order the replacement, then call me so I could come back for the repair.

Bob did call me back a couple of days later and asked me to come in that day, which I did, with the cover, and when I arrived, he and the staff, stopped what they were doing and they all pitched in to complete the repair.

I noticed some boat repair work and some dining room chair repair work too - both of which I asked Bob about and he explained to me what he does, how he does it, and why he chooses specific marine material.

So, this simple 5th wheel cover repair job is now snow-balling into 3 more jobs: a boat cover update, a houseboat roof canopy job, and 8 dining room chair seat recovering/foam replacement...

So, if you want a person that is knowledgable, honest, polite, respectful, and will ensure that you're satisfied AND happy with the finished product or job, then you'll want to do business here with Bob...

Bob and Cynthia did a phenomenal job on this office chair. Couldn't be more happier. My wife had bought this chair off of craigslist for when I started working from home. The chair was comfortable but it was falling apart. The leather/pleather was peeling off, the cushioning was starting to flatten, stitches were also coming off. I looked up Uplift upholstery and took the chair there because of the great reviewers. Bob shared their prior work and showed me what to expect. They had a huge selection of leather and pleather to choose from. They are in huge demand but they were able to work on this chair while working on other bigger projects. The detail in the stitching and finishing is fantastic. They even tossed in extra foam to make the lumbar area and head rest more comfortable. Bob even followed up few days after picking-up the chair to make sure I am feeling comfortable on the chair. It looks and feels better than it did ever before. I will definitely go back to them for any...
