The reviews left, by most customers, on Google for this pharmacy appears to not include the whole story. To elaborate, customers that complain about the wait times act like they know how the business runs. Additionally, many customers are indefinitely quick when it comes to making a claim behind a computer screen. "This is taking too long!" or "They're on drugs!" for example, are careless comments which require more research. To clarify, ask your doctor why it's taking so long to transfer the medication you desire before getting on the internet to cry about your experience at the pharmacy. I’m not impressed with the Walgreens and SPEARFISH South Dakota. Online they say that they are open until 11 o’clock and I live 23 miles away. It was the closest Walgreens that I could go to and I needed to deposit some money into an account so I could pay my rent I drove all the way there in a snowstorm to do this and they were closed and it wasn’t quite 11 o’clock until I saw their door that they just changed it to where they close at 10 o’clock, but the website says otherwise so I wasted my time Tripp in the middle of a snowstorm to try to do this And also caused me an issue with my place of living. They should change that on the website not everybody goes up to their door to see what time they open and close. They need to get their crap together. I won’t be going back...

I’ve been coming here for a long time and the drive through line to pick up medications takes at least 45 mins EVERY TIME!! They NEED to move people over and help the next car if the persons prescription isn’t ready. But no each car in front sits there for 15 mins at least. Sitting in the hot car when it’s 102 degrees with children really ruins the afternoon. Going inside isn’t any better, you stand there in a long line for quite awhile. They NEED to move cars over if it isn’t ready and help the next person who has their prescription ready! If they just did that one thing they wouldn’t have long lines that don’t move.
