City Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Spearfish

I started my daily routine off with a granita and waffle as I had every day… I spent enough money here I was paying someone’s wages!! After my experience Wednesday morning (Mar 30) it will awhile before I stop again!! I love the food and drink and most of the baristas are wonderful… I even snag a fresh waffle some days, which are awesome!!

To the round faced, skinny blonde who ROLLED HER EYES AT ME when the manager asked her to finish my waffle: You are a snot and shame on you for ever treating customers like they are an inconvenience!! I guess you forgot where your wages come from!!! Not only did you and the gal who took my order fight over who was going to finish it for 10 minutes, making me feel like a huge inconvenience, but it was cold and I was late for work!!! We asked for 2 16oz frappes 3 times. Confirmed when we paid that our order was correct. We received 1 large frappe. When we asked what was going on and if we could get our correct order, they proceeded to make a 16oz frappe and charged me for it as well as the large I didn't want "because they already handed it out". The way the senior staff treats the other workers here is ridiculous. I've been in retail for 30 yrs, and I have never been treated the way I witnessed one girl being treated there today. The owner should really look into the attitude of "management " here. I felt terrible for the young girl being belittled by her supervisor.
