Is there an option for zero stars? Do NOT go here! They could take a little pride in how their food looks. We got two orders of sweet and sour chicken, one of Generals chicken. They arrived on a plain plate. No veggie or fruit garnish, no rice. The meals were supposed to come with rice. We waited assuming we would get our rice. Nope. We called to the waitress and said “Maam, can we get our rice?” She looked over her shoulder and walked away. We had to go to the register and ask for our check. Cold unappealing food, crappy service for $92. They had pre-calculated tips so there wasn’t an option to give lower than 15%. When paying I explained that we didn’t get our rice and we were offered it to go with a “Sorry” yet still got charged for it. I asked her to check the bill and upon reading it back, I clearly said, “It was NOt worth THaT” to which the reply was “Sorry”. I feel they should have offered a discount of some sort for the poor meal...

Let me tell you: I must have been a nightmare customer, and they made me feel welcome. I thought the store closed at 9:30, so I went in with a friend at around 8:50. It turns out, they closed at 9. So I came in 10 minutes before close, ordered a massive meal, and paid. The lady was so kind and rushed back to grab the cooks before they left. She was incredibly kind the entire time. They gave me loads of sweet and sour and some of the best soup I have ever tasted. Everyone there was incredibly understanding even though I came in so late. My mom and her boyfriend decided to visit and we decided to get some Chinese. This was the closest restaurant. We came in and the waitress wasn't the friendliest person in the world. The food was NOT good! I've never had worst Chinese in my life! The portions were tiny! I ordered General Tso Chicken and was brought out a plate with 6 or 7 tiny pieces of chicken and a bowl of rice. My mom ordered the orange chicken. Same thing. We get the bill for the two orders of chicken, a plate of lo mein noodles, pot stickers, and an order of happy family. The bill totalled $64!!!! Why!? Gross and wayyy...
