This a.m. being a single woman I had a very low tire but I lol drove to town anyway. PRAYing I believe GOD I would get helped somehow. I called Auto Zone &talk to Justin W. Thankfully his Supervisor/Manager sent him out to air my tire as it was a slow blow. Justin cared enough to call his Family & have them to bring a much stronger (what you call it(?) so yeah foreign to me being a female but I wanna give a Shout Out to all women young &old the nice fellas at Auto Zone will take care of you &so on a scale from 1-10 I give them a perfect 10 Put my heart at ease today. I'm deeply disappointed in the service I just received from mark. I brought my mechanic with me to make sure I bought the right parts. Mark apparently couldn't understand why I wasn't doing the work myself. Mark proceeded to make comments to my mechanic stating to him that I didn't look disabled. I told mark that I couldn't do the work. He said oh so your the one with the money. I don't believe that's any of his business. Mark was very unprofessional and I won't do business with him. I will not tolerate this racist behavior. I would hope this isn't the kind of attitude the owners have. If something isn't done about this. Then I can no longer do business with this store. I'll have to go to Facebook and the news. I will contact the highest person in this company and i will start a boycott. I will take legal action for racially...

I was in Spencer today for meeting when my dash lights came on and my car started making a very loud banging noise I panicked. I pulled in to AutoZone expecting not a lot of help. In steps Alex. He knew exactly what to do and because they are not a repair shop he sent me to the best person in town to check out my vehicle. The customer service he provided me was absolutely outstanding.
