Close Cuts — Local services in Spencer

I got a haircut several months ago from Amy Skinner, i know i should have spoken up when it happened but i dont like conflict so i didnt. she really didnt do anything i wanted, she didnt give me the cut i asked for just a basic straight cut didnt do my bangs or any layering like i asked. i also asked for her to dye the underside of my hair green and once it came time for my appointment she never actually went and got the color i asked for. so i settled. i had about 2 inches of brown roots after she was done bleaching and dying it but i couldnt see that because its the back of my head. ive bleached my hair a million times as a teen, but this one time has my hair so stretchy and damaged im sure it was close to breaking off if she had left me longer. thank god it was only $40, but i will never be returning. im sure you guys are good at lady mullets and perms but...
