Elijah was very helpful. After 7 hours we got our business account started. We then discovered that they opened our business account with 2 different orders. Rendering a promised promotion void. Thus our verizon bill was 100 dollars more than we were promised. It seems like their manager lacks experience and customer service skills. After telling me there is nothing he could do.
