Burger King — Restaurant in Spencer

Terrible! Staff is extremely rude! I have only went there twice and that will be the only two times I ever go ! Second time was for them to replace my order fom the first time I went there because they were extremely rude that one and gave me chicken nuggets that were so cold and old you could bend them in half like rubber and not break , my whopper was cold and my drink was filled a good inch away from the brim. When I went back for them to replace my order like they said they would they would only replace the drink and nuggets unlike what they said when they said they'd do my whole order then the manager let one of the employees come out before the nuggets were done just to tell me she worked that day and everything was tip top and she always fills her cup all the way ( with major attitude, and crappy tone ) she wasn't the one at the window that day ! I've never been someone that treats their customers like they do ! Will...

Absolutely terrible service....the food was decent, but I had absolutely 0 ranch sauce that I was even asked what sauce I wanted, the fries were lukewarm not the best but tolerable, and I received a vanilla bk joe, instead of a mocha bk joe.... the wait was horrible and no body was even there!!! I will also throw out there, I believe in going to work in work appropriate clothing, so I didn’t like seeing just everyday clothing being worn while working! After receiving our food, we still waited because I hadn’t receive my drink, and it was at least 10 minutes before she realized to ask if I even received my drink!! It also wouldn’t help to have a little bit more training to their employees! And believe me I DONT EVER make comments about restaurants, but this time...

Absolutely terrible in all of the worst ways, there’s a manager named Angie there and she’s constantly talking bad to her workers yelling at them, also is completely rude to customers. My husband was chatting with her and she said how “she didn’t even wanna work there she wishes it would just burn to the ground”. On top of that the food took 9 minutes for 2 burgers and fry’s and the cheese was not melted at all. She said how they apparently “bump the orders early and have people pull up” to avoid long times at the sensor....
