Lewis Service Center — Local services in Spencer

Went in to have a set of tires put on my car. Told it would be $30 per tire. Seemed a little steep, but really just wanted it done. Drove away and realized one of the directional tires was put on backwards. Returned right away, and the guy who installed the tires was at lunch. The other person working had not ever heard of directional tires. Didn't strike me as being too knowledgeable. He said we would have to wait on the other guy to return from lunch. When he returned, he was clearly annoyed and wanted to argue about who was right. Finally, he switched the tire and said they "must have been the cheapest tires possible," which they were not. He went on to ask how much how much they were, then said "yeah and you just paid me $30 per tire to put them on." He then walked away. I will never return and I will be letting everyone I know about this...

Low air tire light came on and it doesn’t tell you which tire it is. That day was windy and very cold when I pulled in, station had options to do it yourself $1 or for full service $2. I chose full service. The attendant who came out was very professional, very kind and attentive. He checked all four tires found that they were very low on air filled them up and proceeded to explain that since it was so cold, he put more in and as weather fluctuations tire pressure will as well. Very informative. The extra details were greatly appreciated . (My truck has Florida plates). Would definitely come back to this station next time...

The service wasn't bad except I had to listen about how cheap my rims were because they were not the standed steel, I own a Toyota 4runner third gen. Then I was quoted a steeper price to have my tires that I brought to them to be mounted and balanced that was about a hour and a half job for them to just do that now not even two months I have to go back to have them remove the lug nuts for all of my tires because they are at 145foot pounds torqued on my vehicle requires 100 foot pounds thank you Lewis will never refure you to...
