They have a sign saying “skip the line, order ahead”. So I did that, and you aren’t skipping the line. You are getting out of your car to walk up to the walk up window. Then you find out there is no walk up window, so you have to walk in front of a persons window that’s already there to get your coffee? Then they always hand you an overflowing cup, making your hands sticky which makes the steering wheel sticky. Can you return some common sense to this location? They can’t even remember your name or order when you go every single day. It’s the worst Dutch bros, and just coffee stand in general I’ve ever been to. No one wants to have to cut to “skip a line” or get out of their...
Read moreI have come to love this location over the year I’ve been going here for my daily coffee before work. I’m usually here in the afternoon and the staff are nothing but amazing. I always leave a 3-5 dollar tip even though the girls always tell me I never need to but on my visit this morning I was charged 12 dollars for a medium iced coffee and they never asked if I wanted to leave a tip on card, they just decided to tip them self and I find that very unprofessional considering I had already given them a $5 tip in cash. My coffee is only $7 every single day and unless the prices legitimately went up over night this is inexcusable and your employees need to...
Read moreI ordered a large drink and they gave me a medium. When I brought it to their attention they said they'd be sure to give me a large. They still gave me a medium. The drink was good, so I didn't fuss about it, but it was frustrating because I also asked for light ice, and that also didn't happen. So basically I got about half the drink I originally wanted, but they were busy (there was a line of car across the parking lot) so I just went with it. But it is definitely frustrating. Would have been 5 stars if they had rectified it. The drink was great though. Just pay attention to what they give you when they're busy, especially if you pay...
