I had a bad experience at the specific aarons to the degree that I'm really thinking about canceling my order. So the situation was I missed a delivery for a tablet I ordered which I take responsibility for. But the guy who delivered it told my girlfriend to just go down to the store and pick it up. So I went down the next day to get it but they wouldn't give it to me unless I showed them some verification of my current address. So I went and grabbed some items that showed my address (pawn loan agreement). They told me that it wouldn't work because I could tell anyone what my address is. So here Is the problem. I respect their reasoning for having it delivered. They want to know you live there. But they came to my address and talked to my girlfriend who verified I lived there then told her to have me come pick it up in store then turned around and said I couldn't. The problem here is what they are saying is a catch-22. Anyone could have them deliver to say a friend's house and then get their item and go home. So as far as legalities it's no different than me going down there with some paperwork that shows my current address. Especially after they verified I live where I say I do AND they told my girlfriend I could go down and pick it up. I wasted 2 hours of my day trying to get the item I am leasing only to be told I have to wait until Thursday for it to be delivered again. It hurts my brain from the nonsense of this. I will be canceling my order and going somewhere else for sure. I advise every one else do the same and save yourself the headache. Read moreI called this place on Friday to explain to them how my couch is broken I'm a Aaron plus member I pay for that little extra for security and guarantee on my furniture I was to receive a phone call the following Monday that never came I waited till Wednesday called again pretty much the same thing a runaround and then I was literally hung up on I immediately drove to the store from Cheney Washington was very polite and at the store I tried to show the manager the video of my broken couch which she would not look at I tried pointing it to her there's the problem That's what's wrong with the couch She kindly closed it pushed it back over to me humored me with all" we back what we guarantee we don't want you to go somewhere else we're not trying to push you anywhere else Then she proceeded to tell me she would return my phone call later in the afternoon with a deal on another couch to replace the one that's broken. Again no phone call. I really hate crummy management in places like this.
