Highly recommend Teneff Jewelry for all your jewelry needs! I had the pleasure of working with them to design my custom engagement ring and wedding band. I had a very particular design in mind with many specific requests, and the staff at Teneff's worked diligently to make sure that every aspect was made just right. They met with me several times over the course of CAD design and wax casting, so that I could provide feedback and they could make any changes necessary. A couple elements were a bit more challenging to get just right (such as the shape of the leaf petals at the base of the central diamond), and Teneff's was very careful to make sure I approved of the design before moving to the next step. They also designed a wedding band to perfectly match my engagement ring, so that it would fit seamlessly against the ring's unique shape. (I chose to have them soldered together after the wedding, which Teneff's did beautifully as well.)

They also provided us with a ton of helpful information throughout, such as types of metals that can be used and the pros/cons of each, shapes & sizes of stones for each part of the ring, any risks associated with aspects of my design choice and how they could help mitigate them, etc.

Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the rings are phenomenal as well! They turned out perfectly, and we couldn't have asked for better, for something I'll be wearing for the rest of my life.

I've been wearing this ring for over 4 years now: I don't remove it for anything and it has taken a BEATING. But look how beautiful it still is! I was seeking out a jeweler to have a custom engagement ring made for my (now) fiance. After sorting through about a dozen different options via online reviews through Google I visited three of them. Teneff was my last stop and from the very moment I sat down with Mike to discuss my vision, I knew this company was the right choice.

Their primary focus is on custom jewelry making for other retailers however they accepted my one-of commission without hesitation. Every person I encountered there was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient with my questions.

The process from start to finish was fascinating. From drawings, to CAD renders, to 3D printed mock ups and the final product, they walked me through every step. I was able to request small changes until the ring was EXACTLY what I wanted.

Though my project was by no means a high dollar commission I felt I had the same care and consideration as someone who might be asking for a $50,000 ring.
