I was driving from Coeur d'Alene to Portland to take late at night flight from Portland Airport I looked for attractions on my way in Spokane and I found the Sky Ride this was on July 17th 2024 at 1:35 p.m. it's a high season but also it's on a weekday they told me to go in to buy a ticket I went in and there was only one family at the register so you would think it will be very quick right? Actually no it took 10 minutes and I was still waiting for the cashier to process one family which I learned later that they were getting refund I was frustrated and I left to just take a few pictures and go back in when the long transaction is over when I went back in now there were group of 20 kids waiting in line to rent skates and it's only one register so I know that will even take a lot longer time even though they have two registers I don't understand why they don't use the second register and I also don't understand why they don't have kiosks that people can just buy their tickets on it with a credit card then an employee told me that I can just buy the ticket online so I bought it online which it still took 3 to 4 minutes so I spent a total of 20 minutes just to get a ticket and now when I went to get on the girl didn't even want to bother seeing it I guess because she just trust me when I told her that I bought the ticket online. Now when I get on the cable car the windows are way too dirty you can't see anything and you have to stick your hand with the phone out of a little opening which you may risk drop your phone just to get a picture or a video and if you try to get your selfie with the waterfalls from inside the cable car it's impossible because the window will show nothing since it's all dirty and scratched and I am not saying if they clean it it will be clear no it's actually permanently dirty. Also careful if you buy your tickets online in advance because you might find it closed as, it's happening to a lot of people when you check the reviews because they don't operate during heat temperatures and even when the sun is out it's like an oven inside the gondola and you can't do anything but to fry in it for 25 minutes until it comes back luckily for me it was cloudy and it wasn't that warm. The other thing is that for 4 to 5 times throughout the ride the cable car will stop for 3 to 4 minutes just so that they can let people in and out at the base and the time it's moving it's moving very slow so you will be 25 minutes in the cable car for just a very short ride and I was 40 minutes late to get back to my car because I feed the meter for 1 hour but luckily I didn't get a ticket. I strongly don't recommend this Skyride and instead just walk down 7 minutes from the visitor center to a viewpoint and see the falls. I spent a total of 90 minutes for this $15 unpleasant ride. I don't recommend this so called Skyride to anyone especially if you have a family which you may spend up $100 waste of money and time just save your money and walk down...

Read moreI would love to give this a 5 star review because the ride itself was awesome. But unknowingly I made the mistake of parking my car at the ABM parking lot next to it. Paid for half an hour of parking, the gondola ride was about 10 minutes and by the time I got back to the light to cross the street I had to wait. Ended up having to wait over ten minutes to cross and become late getting back to my car. The ABM parking gave me a 52 dollar fee plus a 3.5 service fee for paying it even though I spoke to the lady the same minute she wrote the ticket. Not to mention the 30 minutes of parking was only 2 dollars. Extremely over priced parking and the ABM parking refused to appeal this or even give proper updates or explain why it was denied or willing to work with me. If you go to the gondolas don't park at ABM parking in downtown Spokane and you'll have a much more...
