CM used tires center — Local services in Spotsylvania Courthouse

First off let me start with I am the last person to leave a bad review for somewhere I'm just not that type of guy. With that being said I have been coming here for years off of my dad's recommendation because he was a legit mechanic with 50 plus years of experience under his belt. I don't know if they have different owners now or what but I came in Friday to get one used tire replaced and they recommended that I should get another tire because my tread was getting low and they said they would cut me a deal instead of two used tires for $55 each I could get both of them together for 105 so basically $5 off I told them I would be willing to do it if they did it for 90 and if not don't worry about it because I only wanted the one after that they seem to have an attitude and it took them an hour to get it done with no one else in line and then the kid that was putting the tire back on tightened it as tight as he could with an impact which you never do and then when I came out side Saturday morning my tire was completely flat I told them I would have to get a ride up there so it wouldn't be until Sunday and what time would they close they said they close at 4:00 I got a ride out there and showed up at 3:05 and they were already closed then when I came in Monday I showed them where the whole was and told them I would have plugged it myself if it weren't on the corner of the tread so you can't put a plug there which they proceeded to do anyway and that's when I told them I need another tire you can't plug a hole in the corner to which they gave me a disgusted face and then took them an hour to put the tire on the rim and then when I asked how much air was in the tire they said 40 and I said can I use your tire gauge I need to put it down to 32 which they would not let me do they had to do it their self which took another 20 minutes the whole experience was a joke and I am never coming back here again and I'm pretty sure they're just going to plug the other tire and sell it to another customer and before anybody says anything yes I understand it's a used tire and I don't expect to be treated like royalty but with that being said I do expect to get what I pay for so for any new customers please do not come here and for any existing customers come at your own risk but they are definitely not operating the way...

Man... Look.. I liked these guys. They have dipped. Let me just tell you what happened, you decide if you want to go there.. I have replaced several tires over the years, never had a problem. Last round on a Sunday I replaced my fronts because they were the worst tread. Replaced them, had some wobbly so I tried to just put them on the back... ya know.. deal with it? it was BAD. Cant drive on highway bad. So I went back that Monday, found out they didnt balance them because they "ran out of weights and split the weights they had on my car" lol. okay. Had to go back the Tuesday because they didnt have them still. Came back, they took both tires back and said the one that was the better of the two was actually bad, and they would replace it friday. came back friday they replaced it, neither has been balanced. No joke go there if you'd like i speak spanish and know enough about cars and have degrees in IT and engineering so this isnt a thing where I couldnt comprehend the situation lol. Tighten up fellas. I really liked...

They were amazing!!! Replaced all 4 tires in under 20 mins. So friendly and interacted with my nervous pups in the car. That means shit to me when most people ignore them out any like they were an inconvenience to them. They guys talked to them and we're always smiling. And price was amazing also best around the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania area! Well come back again and they do brakes as well so at soon as I get paid I will be back again. Thank you guys so much. I had a really bad tire and thanks to you I was able to safely drive home will what looked like a new tire I know it was a recut tire but had more tread on it thank the cheap ones I was looking at new at other stores. You guys saved me more than you know!! Thank you SO much for your help...
