Waited 5 minutes before we could order at box, there weren’t even cars in front of us anymore. Girl working brought us wrong food to our car & then got mad at us when we brought it back in saying it was the wrong thing. She then ran her mouth to everyone in the kitchen because she “asked us if we got the deluxe box” & “we said yes” Which we did, but I guess another car also got something similar to us! Either way we just wanted the right order. Got home & it was missing items still. 30 dollars wasted & girly needs to relax. Read moreWaited in line for a burrito that the grill made wrong although it was rung up correctly. Took it back to get it corrected and the second burrito had hard black things in it. Employee said it was from the griller but as an advid Taco Bell eater I've never seen anything like this before in my food. Got my money back for purchase but I feel like a grill member did this purposefully because the fragments were strategically placed in the burrito where you would see them before folding.
