I was supposed to have my first new patient appointment yesterday (7/30/21)... What an absolute joke. Somehow I lost my insurance card....I know, of all things to lose. So they want me to reschedule my appointment. I told them no, I drove 40 minutes to get there and took the day off work. So they said I'd have to pay cash for the office visit ($95). I paid that, no big deal. Then a lady from the back came up and asked "What are you being seen for today?" Which is a HUGE HIPPA violation (there were people in the waiting room. Big no no). Then she said "You know that if the doctor has to do any biopsies or bloodwork today, you'll have to pay for those today also. Do you want to just reschedule?" I pretty much felt backed into a corner at this point so I rescheduled my appointment. You would think that since I was a new patient and all, they'd try to be a little accommodating, you know...good business practice. Nope. Not one bit. You would also think that they would offer to call my insurance company while I was there and try to help me out....NOPE! They weren't really "nice" to begin with, but their attitude changed when I couldn't find my card. I got ahold of my insurance company when I got home and they said all they had to do was call and verify my insurance while I was in the office, it would have taken 5 minutes. Long story short, I WILL NOT be returning to this office or any other UDC...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family normally visits the Connersville office and have always been well taken care of by Garce Miller. I have to visit Dr. Wargo for a few months in Richmond and was almost in tears by the time we left after our first visit because I was so thankful for the patience and compassion that I received.
My 3yo decided to be terrified of Mommy seeing the doctor that day so he was very emotional. All of the staff were so patient and kind. When he first started having a fit they left the room to give him some time to calm down. There was no frustration or annoyance from them, just total understanding that he needed some time with mommy. My son was given stickers and candy, and the staff kept checking in with me to see if they could help. Dr. Wargo made 3 different visits to my room to be able to communicate with me in between the meltdowns. He was patient and understanding the entire time.
As a stay-at-home mom my 3yo generally always has to tag along with me. This can be very exhausting and stressful. It meant so much to receive...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy experience with Stephanie and the Yung assistant named Lacey was awesome and very professional and very customer service oriented! Besides, taking a very good look at my previous wound to judge how well everything had healed, Stephanie still took the time to check out the rest of my body for any other spots or areas of concern that may need attention⦠And thankfully, she found nothing. And on top of that showing just what type of overall person she is and the kind of heart she possesses, she inquired about how Iām doing overall in my quest to go forward since the passing of my wife. As she has in the past, Stephanie went way above and beyond, and demonstrated the true consummate professional she has always been. And even young Lacey⦠and this was my first time ever being introduced⦠At such a young age She was still a breath of fresh air and joy to be around because of her smile and how pleasant she is. This entire experience was very rewarding and deserves to be recognized by those that have the...
