Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Richmond

We have ordered many times from hot heads when it was at the old location. And I've given them 5 stars every time. But we ordered tonight and it is the worst food I've tasted. We ordered from doordash. We waited almost 1.5 hrs to get our food. The food was cold, the white rice was cold, clumpy and not done at all. Not much steak and I paid for double steak. Way too much sauce. I threw over half of it away because of the rice not being done and simply tasted like it had been sitting out all day. My husband hot the smoothed burrito. He had to heat his up. Ordered double meat, wasn't much meat at all. More brown rice than anything. Probably won't be ordering from them again. And we use to order at least 3-4...

My experience was good in general. The person taking care of my order, asked what we wanted and put what I wanted in each bowl, though it was not a thing where equal amounts went in each bowl and everything seemed skimpy. Even the rice and beans was very skimpy. Not even a whole spoon of each. There wasnt a whole spoon of anything. Not very satisfied at all!! I just wish that they would give more food in your bowls and not be so skimpy. My husband get less different items in his bowl than I do, though he would like to have the same amount of food as me, so why not make up the difference by putting a little more of certain items to make up for not being one for big variety. We clearly aren't going there for...

I am rather disappointed in the service that I've gotten since they have moved to this location. I do not know what has changed but it has gotten bad. It all started by waiting for 15 min for the order in front of me to order. I completely understand they had no control of that situation. Where it gets sour is starting to order and they had no steak. Makes absolutely no sense that they were out but people were standing around not doing anything while their order was being made. At this point I thought the delay would be over but it wasn't it took them forever to ring out the couple I let cut waiting on my steak and all they got was 2 bowls. I spent a total of 30 minutes in here. It was sad...
