The owner and daughter were so rude to me when I didn’t want to sell my stuff to them told me you can take your stuff.. was never treated so rude .. I will not shop here

response to owner* This happened years ago , I just had a baby and remember how rude I was treated and wanted others to know if your trying to get rid of baby stuff be ready to be told you can leave if you don’t expect the offer they made. If it wasn’t your daughter it was an employee she went on computer to see the value of my stuff. Everything was going good till I didn’t want to sell the car seat , that’s when the rudeness came out and the owner was the one who told me I can take all my stuff and leave. There are so many other places to shop for baby stuff don’t waste...

I researched which baby consignment store was best. I decided on this one and I’m so glad! I made an appointment to bring my stuff in and even had to reschedule but she was very understanding. When I came in Penny took care of me first since I had an appointment, even though she had piles of other stuff to sort through. She was EXTREMELY generous, helpful, and kind. She gave me a great deal for all of my items and helped me find everything I needed in the store. She definitely went above and beyond in every way.
