I just wanted to take a second to write a review on the service I received last Friday with this location. I made an online order for Charley’s cheesesteak and it told me it was ready to pick up so I went to the nearby location which is this location on mariner and they told me my order wasn’t visibleand I was getting a little upset because I know I placed it and I didn’t know what happened so I checked my phone and I ended up placing it at their other location at Walmart so then I had to make another order which I understood I wasn’t upset and I knew I messed up by not paying attention to the location before placing it, so I made another order. I then use my car to pay for it and for some reason the register said that it didn’t go through but on my phone, it shows the money was taken out so they wanted to charge my Card and I told the manager it went through. I show it on my phone and your register is stating that I still had a balance which is not correct so he said I apologize the register is not working properly today. He said I’m gonna go ahead and trust you and allow you to take the food and in a few days if it shows that the transaction was not actually made and you get the money back just come back and pay for your food but I will allow you to go aheadand take the food today and then he packaged my items for me and let me go. I’m not gonna lie I was still a little upset considering the bad luck, I was having that night with trying to order food for myself and my kids, but was grateful he allowed me to take the food and trust in me that I was going to come back if it didn’t Actually charge. I called him today and told him that it did go through and he said no problem. I’m glad I got my money back and I was happy to have helped you the other day. He said he can read people and he knew that I was being trustworthy, so I just want to state that I truly appreciate him Helping me out that night because if he would’ve made me pay for it again, I would’ve been Out almost 100 bucks on food for myself and two kids for just one meal that should’ve cost only 30 bucks so thanks again and I will be returning in the future considering the customer...
Read moreOn Sunday night, I placed a delivery order on Charleys website for $36.70. Within moments, I got an email FROM CHARLEYS, confirming my order, but they had the absolute wrong delivery address on the order. I immediately called Charleys & was told it wasn't their problem, it was Door Dash. When I tried to explain I didn't order it through Door Dash, they hung up on me. I then contacted Door Dash who, of course, had no record of any such order. I then called Charleys back 2 more times, only to be hung up on. To add insult to injury, I had to watch my $36.70 delivered to some other family. I heard from the owner of this location after 5pm Monday, only after complaining to the regional manager. The owner tried to insinuate I put the wrong address on the website, which is freaking laughable & then continued to not take any responsibility for the fraud. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge & filed a complaint with the BBB. I will continue to throw shade on this location due to my treatment. All this owner had to do was either drop another order & send it to the right address when I called instead of hanging up on me 3x, or reverse the charges immediately. He did neither. I reached out to let them know and they said oh we will remake it and head in over , this area is so busy, so I give them time to make the sub so I can get in and get out. I arrive and go to the counter and ask for it with my name , she says oh it’s almost ready…… another guy approaches me and said oh yea , just a few more minutes and I asked did you even start making it ? Oh, Well I haven’t seen you in here at all before , so we didn’t make it.
