We needed new mattresses for our guest rooms so I started looking online for mattresses. I found one I was interested in but wanted to be able to see it before purchasing. I noted that it was carried at The Home of Foam so we went to look at it.

Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Kevin who invited us to look around while he assisted another customer. The store was laid out well so we immediately found the mattress brand we were interested in. After trying out the bed we came to see, we began looking at other beds in the store. We were impressed with the varied selection and quality of the mattresses we found. We were also impressed by the lack of sales pitch from Kevin. He answered all our questions and understood our need; his input was valuable in our purchase decision.

Delivery was set up for the middle of the following week and it was seamless. I got a call from the team letting me know they were on their way. The two young men arrived and quickly placed the new mattresses. They were respectful and professional in every way.

When at the store, my husband noted some of the pillows they carry. Kevin took the time to explain different ones and to show them to us. This was of great interest since I have neck issues and have spent a "small fortune" over the years trying to find a good pillow. We intend to return to purchase the one we want.

I honestly could not be happier with my purchase experience at The Home of Foam. My only regret is that I did not come here two years ago when we had to replace our personal mattress. The Home of Foam helped me to sleep deeply again! Highly recommended! Before I stumbled upon the Home of Foam, I had browsed other stores in the area and I quickly noticed a trend: the sales people all seemed so clueless! Few could answer questions more complex than, "What does this one cost?" and none could answer extensive and detailed questions. The Home of Foam was the 5-star store I'd been searching for all along. The mattress selection is infinite--if they don't have it in the store, they'll move heaven and earth to get it for you--and the overall customer service is outstanding. Most impressive of all, the sales staff is highly knowledgable. Even when I posed some of my toughest questions--"What's the depth of the foam in this one?" "Do you have any mattresses that are all-natural?" "Which mattress is best for a side-sleeper?" "How do I decide what firmness is right for me?"--there wasn't a question they couldn't answer...and I was really impressed with the patience and expertise of the staff. Last but not least, you can't beat the prices!!!! I even tried firms from out-of-state, and The Home of Foam's pricing, quality, and customer service were unmatched. This store sold me a mattress that has retained its original firmness and is natural and comfortable and perfectly suited to me as an individual. Read that last sentence again because it's important. Me and my fiance had recently bought a mattress to reduce her back problems. She is a full time nurse and we desperately needed a mattress to ease her pain as our old one was completely unusable. We tried a cheap mattress on amazon, but it only made her back worse and sleeping never got easier. We resorted to sleeping on our couches for a month until we could afford this mattress that could hopefully give us comfortable sleep once again. The salesman who helped us was incredibly nice and very honest. Being a young couple, we didn't know what to expect buying an expensive mattress. Everything was explained to us VERY CLEARLY, and we had purchased the mattress that would hopefully solve our problems. In addition, we were also promised that we would have our old mattress removed as requested by the salesman. Which was very nice considering i didnt have to call the county and make arrangements myself, they insisted that they do it for us. We happily accepted their extremely generous offer. and waited another 2 weeks fo our saving grace mattress. After we had gotten our mattress delivered, The nice delivery drivers were very careful the new mattress and even picked up our old mattress with NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. They did not go back their word. They picked up my mattress just like they said they would. Now we have had this mattress for a month and we have never slept better.
