Bills sport shop is my favorite Honda dealer by far. I’ve gotten several Hondas from Bill over the past 25 years and every transaction was a pleasure. He has many years of experience selling and servicing Honda motorcycles and ATVs along with outdoor power products. As a result, he is somewhat of a Honda historian and a walking encyclopedia of Honda powersports present and past. Always leave plenty of time when you stop by because if you are like me and enjoy motorcycle trivia and history, you will find it difficult to drag yourself out of that place and Bill will oblige you by talking for as long as you’ll listen! It is a no pressure laid back but very competent and knowledgeable staff that they have, both in service and sales. They have one very talented mechanic. No service adviser to get in the way here, you actually talk to the mechanic. I may have been able to save a few dollars by shopping at several dealers ,but to be honest, Bill has always gotten me exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price and the experience was memorable in a good way. His shop isn’t very large but he has been able to get anything I have ever wanted from the warehouse in Chicago in very short order. Was told carb needed rebuild book time is 3hrs. Well after rebuilding the carb 3 times and still no run they said I needed a new oem carb. Bill the owner says get on ebay they have 1 that will fit get it ordered so I do turns out that's for a California model and it won't work. So I spent 375.00 on a carb that they advised me to get that is a paper weight and then I spent 936.02 on the repairs for my bike and I'm left with a still non running bike. I will be going down and filing a small claim lawsuit for the sum of 1,311.02 will update throughout...
