I'm am mainly online shopper but some items were not available at this store to pickup or ship to store in time so unfortunately I had to go in to see what they had. I found most of the items as a VERY NICE young man put down items he was in the process of putting back and helped me find what I needed. 5 stars* yes until I went to cash out. The cashier was not knowledgeable didnt seen to be trained but I made it through. Well then I had to return items at the other desk, the old bag behind the counter IGNORED me, went on as if as I wasnt standing there with my child. It's already difficult enough shopping at Kohls with carts that do NOT cater for kids or baby car seats so your little one is in your stroller or running around rampant. But now I have to deal with a rude person who I didn't need to deal with had I shopped online. And you wonder why all these businesses are closing down and they blame Amazon...no its YOUR associates! Then said old bag, after I asked her if this was the return line and handed my return items AND receipt on my phone is going to ask me "what am I doing here, what do I want to do a return or a pickup" so a bad attitude all around. I am wondering if it's even worth returning to spend the $10 kohls cash I received today....
Read moreFirst tI’m a first time customer on the day after Christmas 2018. I saw an ad in the newspaper for Serta pillows sold at a close out price. I had to get assistance to verify the price of the pillow that I selected. The shelving pricing system needs work, though. Not all items are marked on the shelf. I picked out three pillows and took them up front to the register. Tina, the cashier associate, was extremely helpful. She suggested to me to sign up for Kohl’s credit card and receive 35% off that day’s purchase. She helped me through the sign up process. This is a good deal for me because money is tighter than ever. Tina also suggested that I can pay my credit card at the store. I went back out to my car and retrieved my cash and paid off the card account right away. On the way out I had Tina page the manager. The manager came up front within a minute and I complemented her about the store and the exceptional job Tina did. After I get my credit card in the mail I will come back to shop. The Home section of the store is nice. The store was not crowded this morning and it was a stress-free...
Read moreSo I usually shop online from kohl's. This location is neatly organized. The bathroom was cleaned as well. We decided to drive over to this location. We were watched, which is a shame, but it is sad we're used to it. The cashier looked as if she didn't even want to cash me out. I wanted to purchase something for my puppies with my coupon. And she was so loud and ignorant you can only purchase kohl's brand items. And the line starts all the way around there, but I'll take you no one is here. Like, duh MaggiI ine sue. She could have just spoken to me with some common courtesy and respectfully because that's how I spoke to her. I was really turned off and bothered not to purchase anything or return to this location. This is American, and some of those workers need some training to be more kind to customers and not based...
