Iâm sure half of the reviews posted here are fake as this was one of the worst massage experiences I have had (And I have had many). Firstly, there is such a lack of customer service. When I called to make my reservation, they seemed bothered and answered the phone rudely. We arrived on time, actually early, for our appointment and waited for almost a half hour. They seemed disorganized and as if they were rushing to get things done. We were literally walked to a room with no instructions and then the door shut behind us. Now, of course, I have had massages before, but what if this had been my first time? There was no robe. Just a cold uninviting tight room with a cold towel. When I went outside to ask the staff a question, there was no one to be found so I just went back to the room. When the therapists finally showed up, there was not even a greeting or introduction. They literally told my husband and I to face up, and they proceeded with a massage. When I asked, is there a table warmer, the gentleman told me youâll get the warm part later. The room was dreary. The oil they used was cold. But the best part comes now. In the middle of our massage, my therapist took a call to book someoneâs appointment. He then left the room and changed out with a female therapist who had completely different pressure and technique. She also took a call and answered texts. My husbandâs therapist stepped out of the room for a minute after starting the massage, but of course never extended the simple courtesy of â Sorry, give me a second. I will be right back.â The therapists started late and ended in less than 60 minutes (Which is the session we paid for) But here is the absolute kicker. The smiles and the friendliness came at the end when they were expecting tip. I felt that the service was subpar so I offered what I felt was graciously appropriate. The man at the front desk told me that the âminimumâtip was $20. I told him that the service was subpar and that $10 would suffice. He proceeded to tell me once again that the âminimumâ is $20. Imagine! You are mandating an amount of tip??? Thatâs hilarious because now you have lost out completely on a tip.
While the massage itself was not completely terrible, the experience absolutely was. I guess you get what you pay for when you find a...
Read moreWorst massage & service place I ever had in my vegas life. First the person at the desk is super unfriendly, the place itself is TINY, and the the design without any love, nothing decorated, just maximized rooms for more profit. You hear EVERYTHING. I heard neighbors coughing, the person from the desk talking, it was almost impossible to fully relax. The massage lady was nice, she tried her best, but it was not really satisfying. She didnât ask what I wanted, and just started. I was hoping she would feel what I need - what a good masseuse usually knows right away. I booked a 2 hours massage, and she did every lazy move on my body ( thatâs doesnât contain any pressure and effort) to finally arrive at my back 20 minutes before the massage ends. And thatâs my spot that needs the most attention. She barley massaged this part, they way I needed it. I felt super unsatisfied and was not happy thatâs why I wanted to only leave 15 $ tip, and the person by the desk told me No, thatâs not enough. I was shocked, but he insisted that I need to pay at least 20 - even tho i was not happy. She didnât even say thank you and left mad - I never experienced something like this. Oh an what i forgot to mention, I was almost fell asleep - and then she farted SO loud ( she didnât expect this one to be so loud) that she woke me up, and didnât even say sorry. After that no sleep / relaxation insight. I was overall so dissapointed that I wanted to share it, usually I donât do negative reviews but that was really so bad, that I have...
Read moreAn ad sign posted on property displayed a phone number and "$40/hr." Intrigued, I scheduled an appt. for "deep tissue massage" an hour later. The prices inside were not as advertised, rather $60/hr or more. I still accepted. The agent accepted cash payment with his gambler's wad of 20s & hundreds that he flashed. Then, the led me to a room and partnered with a 60ish yr. old man (not requested) who barely had the hand strength to massage, feeling more like a violation at that point. After 15 minutes of the poor pressure & lame attitude, asked the therapist to leave while I got re-dressed. As a "consolation" the Agent offered a discount on another visit. Lessons: Use small words and be sure to state your interests/requests clearly before payment and don't pay in cash. It'll give you the opportunity to cancel....
