My first visit, food & service, 5 Stars. The last two visits, today & yesterday, 1 star for service, food & coffee= 5 stars. The young lady who was at my first visit at drive through is not the same person from today. Unfortunately, I refuse to pay this $$ for bad service. I don’t trust weird energy around my food. The day before today, I asked the male worker to hand me 2 lids with a napkin. I stopped going to Starbucks because their lack of proper sanitation. The attitude & look they gave me, when I asked for them to not touch the part of my lid was wild. The gentleman here, remarked about the request. Today, I took a napkin & got it because they were busy. I cashed twice prior to arrival. No answer. She said they don’t answer the phone because it’s just them two, weird.

But the male asked me, “why you do the same thing everyday?
I ignored him. He said, ma’am, ma’am, ma’am, ma’am, ma’am, ma’am, ma’am… Then the female joined in…
But y’all sooo busy! You dont answer phone. But you’re wasting 5min harassing me about why I change lids because you touch your hands on the part my mouth touches. Saddened. Disappointed. 😔

I finally decided to give it a shot in the morning on my way to work a few weeks ago & I was BEYOND disappointed. I ordered a cold brew with flavored syrup & almond milk, I’ve attached photos of what my drink looked like. The milk was obviously curdled and I’m not sure if it was due to expiration or what. The taste was REPULSIVE, I couldn’t even consume it. I did not have time to go inside or get back in the drive thru because I needed to get to work so I decided to try and call but as you’ve probably noticed by now their is not a phone number on Google. So the second option was to reach out via Facebook. I sent photos of my drink and I never received a response and I can see they have been actively posting. Being a brand new business I just assumed they would be actively checking reviews and social media messages but I was obviously wrong.
