Lazeeza Grill — Restaurant in Spring

Really Really Really Bad Customer Service... Mostly everyone is full of their bad Attitude...( I mean you asking them a simple question about their food stuff and they show you their bad attitude instead of answering the question...) Whenever we call Lazeeza for some order or to talk to the manager on duty their are weird people who will say WAIT FOR A MOMENT (without adding plz) n never come back to the phone and answer.. (It happened to us many times, when we called to talk to manager plus went in the Lazeeza to talk to manager the girl there be like ok wait a min let me go back and tell him you want to talk to him, i was like ok,,, I waited for loooong time and than I was like hey where is he? she was like who? :O I was like your manager, n she said oh I forgot to tell him you waiting :O and than she laughed after that, like a stupid person.. Food sucks.. sometimes it taste like they giving us a old food (leftover from yesterday or some) Sometime their food especially meat stink as hell, can't even take a small tinny bite of it. Lazeeza should be clean as ya all know it's a restaurant. But whenever I went their it smell nasty... I mean I can understand its a restaurant like other restaurant, I should be smelling food n stuff but no it's something else smell weird & nasty. I think they should clean well and reset...

Phenomenal food quality and amazing service!! Lazeeza Restaurant was recommended to me by several families in Austin, Texas and I am grateful for their recommendation. I am a retired US Army officer, and have served this great country across the world. I have been to restaurants around the world and I can tell you that the food quality is simply amazing!!! I had food catered in from Lazeeza Restaurant this past Sunday and my guests were extremely pleased with Lazeeza's food quality. Everyone at the party commented on the excellent food. Food was great, delivered on time and Lazeeza's staff did a superb job in setting up the buffet line and served my guests flawlessly. The decision to have Lazeeza cater my event was absolutely the right choice. I will have Lazeeza cater all my future events and my friends in Austin will use Lazeeza catering, as well. I am grateful to Lazeeza's management for making my party a memorable experience. Thanks again, truly appreciate your food quality, service and professionalism. An exceptionally superb experience!!

Customer service was the worst. We booked them for my sisters wedding. The front guy was rude and downright disrespectful. He acted like we asked for the moon when we just asked for the WiFi even though we booked it for wedding. We booked for 95 people and 76 people showed up, hence asked for the leftover and he just gave naans and stated that all the food was eaten. The meat lacked flavors and was just bones at the event. He turned on the AC after one hour of pleading, as a result the guest were sweating. Would not recommend this place u want to get disrespected .

After the owners reply I am posting again to clarify that We did our own decoration from scratch and rented the sofa that we paid for , and left before 12 am. He is lying about the boxes as well. Just because he is a small business that does not give him the right to treat customer poorly. We paid for the service, and had bad...
