I posting this in hopes that the manager, Doug Peters, will see it and talk to the crew that was there last evening. We have been going to this restaurant ever since they opened and have never had a bad experience even when they are ultra busy . . . until last evening! We arrived between 7 - 7:15 pm or so and the drive thru was full. Fine, we wanted to go inside anyway. However, inside the line was full and there were only two cashiers taking orders! It took at least 3 times as long to place our order as it usually does, and that time as well to receive our order at the table! The order was brought to the table by a young man who appeared to have absolutely NO desire to be there working. He plopped the tray on the table and didn't speak until we said, well, thanks! Then he mumbled something and left. We witnessed this same boy bringing an order of fries to the table behind us (that customer was not pleased and had to go up front to request fries which had been omitted from his order) - he did not even make eye contact with the customer, dropped the bag of fries on the table, and left without a word to the customer who was upset. For the record I come to this location quite often and my experience is usually great HOWEVER I came here November 6th or 7th (I can’t remember which day) 2023 I want to say around 3:45, 4:00pm to get my son something to eat after school. I went through the drive through and the line I went in the employee was talking to one of his female friends in the car in front of us, and they were just laughing and talking away. I really couldn’t believe it as the employees at chick fil an are usually top notch. This employee saw us in line and continued to talk and laugh with his friend that was in the car in front of us. We sat there for a good 5 minutes while they continued on as if we were not there and when he did get to us didn’t even at least attempt to apologize. That was absolutely the most rudest experience I’ve ever had at a chick fil a or any restaurant for that matter. Read moreI have never had a poor experience at a Chick Fil A establishment before. This location changed that. We ordered food through the app and picked it up through the drive thru. Upon returning to work and distributing the food out to employees, we realized two meals were missing. We left our meeting to go back to the restaurant to pick up the missing items. The employee at the counter seemed bothered by the situation. She then went back to retrieve our missing items, but we noticed her and another employee (who looked like she was management) shaking their heads and making gestures as if they were annoyed. When she brought our items to us, she said she was “pretty sure everything was in the bag.” We had our receipt and would also not have driven 15 minutes back to the restaurant if we didn’t have to.
