Lol so it’s been a while since I’ve been to sky zone. I would frequent there when they first opened 10 years ago and I see things have DRASTICALLY changed. Firstly, they no longer REQUIRE customers to wear Skyzone socks anymore(you can wear regular socks) and while I appreciate how cost friendly that makes it, people have taken full advantage of that and just not worn socks at all, which is a HUGE safety/fungus hazard. People are going to be trifling that’s just the reality but as an establishment they need to crack down on that. They also need a serious renovation, the place looks run down and unclean. All and All my nephews had fun because their 8 and it’s a bunch of trampolines everywhere lol.

So expensive ordered two adult passes through Groupon for $29 and got to the place my 2 yr old was not free which is disappointing so when I got there I had to pay for her and 3 pairs of socks which was $37 how is she more than my 2 adult tickets ? ! We all had fun but not worth 2 hrs for over $70 & no toddler area bounce houses were o ur up for toddlers to do

I took a group of 18 to Sky Zone for a youth group event. I called 2 weeks in advance to make the reservation, and left a voicemail. I got a call back the next day and talked to the event coordinator (I think her name was India) for 20 minutes about rules, regulations and making a reservation. At the end of the conversation, she informed me I needed to make a 20% deposit for the group. I was driving at the time, so I couldn't pull out my credit card. I told her I would call back shortly. She informed me she could not save any of my information without a deposit. Again, I told her I would have to call back because I was driving. When I called back later that day, I got the voicemail and left a message. We played voicemail tag for 5 days, with me calling TWICE a day to make the deposit so I wouldn't lose the reservation. On day 4, I called the front desk and asked to talk to an actual person because I was tired of leaving voicemails. They told me the event coordinator was busy and couldn't take my payment at that time. Finally, ONE WEEK after my initial call, the event coordinator (India) called me. She asked me all of my information again (because it wasn't saved), gave me all the rules again, and took my deposit. I didn't like that after a week of playing phone tag and her hearing my name on voicemail, she acted like we had never spoken before. The day before our reservation, the same event coordinator (India)called to confirm. She read the SAME rules and regulations again (3rd time). Not 5 minutes after hanging up, she called again, asked for my name and asked if she could confirm my reservation. WHAT? I just talked to you! She had TWO reservations in the system, because the original that she "couldn't save" was still in. So even though there wasn't a deposit on that one, it CAN be saved and they will STILL call to confirm. But, she couldn't look at the names and phone numbers before realizing she double booked a party? AND you called the same number and asked for the same name twice in a row and didn't even realize you were talking to the same person? Just listen to your 10 voicemails, my name and number is all over it! Of course, the kids had fun, but dealing with Sky Zone's event coordinator was a HUGE hassle and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommened them for a large group outing, unless you got lucky and got a better...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was there today, 03/29/17, and for starters the ONLY smiling face was the young man working at the front desk ringing people up. Every other employee was absolutely awful. There was a rather large group of children ahead of us and they were allowed to run rampant acting absolutely absurd whereas my fiancée and I were scolded multiple times. There were several employees in the jumping area that actually stared directly at my family as we tried to enjoy ourselves. We spent a TOTAL of 15 minutes of our hour long session in the jumping area before deciding to call the whole trip a loss. Probably less than 10 seconds jumping because the moment we began, we were yelled at for being in the "wrong" area (trying to get away from all the bratty, sassy kids who weren't being watched OR yelled at/scolded). We saw some other little kids jumping in the area we had just gotten yelled at in so we tried to take my four year old to jump there but she was scared and we needed to hold her hand... Another scolding for that. We weren't allowed to be near her AND we weren't allowed to jump in that particular area except now the 15 or 16 year old employee said it was because we might somehow hurt the other young kids? When before when it was empty, it was because we needed to be in direct eyesight of an employee (and consequently completely surrounded by kids being wild)? We said we weren't planning on jumping in that area, just wanted my preschooler to feel safe with us near her and have her around some little kids her age so she could have fun which was the point of us going there in the first place. He mumbled that we can't do that and at this point I was already done with this place. What was the point of a waiver if we can't jump in areas where we don't have to deal with insane kids, can't hold my child's hand, can't even jump ourselves without an employee literally makin direct eye contact the entire time, etc...? We basically bought three pairs of socks. I wholeheartedly advise everybody to find a better family fun activity like Dave & Busters, Main Event, The Web, etc. Skyzone was a total flop and turned into a pretty frustrating...

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The employees here are awful, the policies/rules, and management here is awful. I came there with 3 kids: two 8 year olds and a 10 year old. I came to enjoy jumping with them and having fun since i dot get to see them much. I was planing on jumping with them and have a good time. That changed right when we started to go in to the jumping area. The employees refused to let me jump with my cousins that i came with since i am bigger than they are. They would not even let us jump in the same area. They said it was because i could double bounce them. (that is when you jump at the same time as another person and the lighter person goes higher) Which makes no sense because they have a 1 person per tramp rule. I thought this policy was poor because it causes me their guardian to be across the building in a total other area not being able to see my cousins. This allows for ill hearted people access to kids and there is no way to tell who's kids are who's as well. So any one could walk out with your kids. They cause an unsafe environment for kids removing them from parent/guardian vision. When i brought this up to the manager there, Jeff, he was very rude and started an argument with me. At one point he told me to shut up and said i had to deal with it. At that point i wanted a refund and he refused. He was very disrespectful and raised he voice at me multiple times. He had no answers to my concerns of child safety and told me it was for safety reasons. I thought this made the children less safe because they are taken from their parents/guardians. I would not recommend this place for any one!!! Very rude employees and management. Do not waste your money here, not family fun, not safe. They create a dangerous environment with...
