We came in looking for a mattress and was amazed at how beautiful the store is, They're are not kidding when they say fine furniture, JT greeted us and asked if he could help us find what we were looking for and then directed us to the mattress section of the store and asked if we knew what size, firm or soft, Things like that so we didn't spend time looking at things we did not want, He showed us a few different mattresses and fixed us up with a pillow and let us try each one, He went over each mattress in full detail so we fully educated on the difference in each type, we spent about an hour bouncing back and forth getting the feel for the different types( JT has great patience!). Then we decided to look at platforms, He moved one mattress to different platforms so we could experience one platform with a Particular mattress, He went above and beyond to educate us so we knew exactly what we wanted. I found my dream sofa (made in USA) at an absolute steal of a deal price point. The sofa was delivered the next day. First my matress box got it damage and they making a big thing about returning, second the sales guys lies just to he able to sell the i was purchasing it for my son he is 3 feet tall and the mand messure the bed the box and matress and i guess he messure wronthe bed is super super high for my son. Them about another matress he told me it was going to arrive in a week and then i call and they told me in about 3 to 4 week or more. Come on sams furniture be honest on selling the stuff don't lie...
