What a jerk. I called just to see if they would do a ring resetting and they guy A) answered the phone with "yeah" like i was interrupting him by calling his store and B) when i asked about a ball park figure to get my ring reset he laughed and told me "i have no earthly idea what you got"

Number one, if you want customers you need a better attitude and being a person that doesn't deal with jewelry repair often i had no idea you couldn't give me a round-about figure for the cost. Next time, if you want customers, try being a little nicer and helpful.

Definitely would never recommend this guy to anyone. anybody that wont take the time of day to talk to prospective customer does not deserve my business.
