I will never come back to this company, I had 9:00 AM appt. The lady came to me at 05:49 AM and ask me to check in at the office when check and hand it paper to the office she said appt won’t be until 9:00 AM tomorrow so you should leave the premises and come back tomorrow 9:00 AM. I said no it’s today and then she call me at 11:54 AM and said come back we will offload you, now checking second time, she then instructed me go park to the street and ask to go different address in 3 miles and we will call you once we have a door available I then waited two hrs and thirty minutes no call, so I decided to call them and ask what is going on, a guy responded and said I will call u back in five minutes to ten minutes, he call me back and said go head to the provided address a supervisor will meet you there, went to the other address waited here another one hr and forty minutes. finally, came and asign me a dock the released 17:45 PM imagine you plan for day is gone so you do nothing other finding somewhere to park, I don’t recommend for drivers delivery nor pick up it’s crazy don’t deserve even one star I...

I was hoping I could give better advice on where to park outside of this business but nope. The Pilot 1 mile away is tiny, and fills up really early. The side street they ask you to wait on is pretty small, and heavily used by locals to cut in-between 2 larger streets. You will leave one narrow lane for the 4 wheelers to use if you park there, and if there's more then a few trucks, it's gonna be hard for traffic to flow. You should pull into South Coast Baking to check in initially. They have a sign in sheet. I had a 6pm appointment and it wasn't very busy, but they just use all the additional parking for their own random trailers. That's why they only get 3 stars. They make you wait off the property, but there's no good safe and legal places to wait. It should be on them to make space on THEIR OWN PROPERTY for drivers to wait. With that said, even after an hour of waiting, they had me out with paperwork in hand in 2 hours. That's not bad compared to other places. And they seemed nice enough. TRUCKERS NEVER GET A LOAD DELIVERED HERE!!! Iwas early for my delivery time and still spent 8 hours here and had to cancel my next load that was only 1 hour away. This place does not care about “appointment times” They will lie to you and take their sweet time. Worst shipping and receiving crew I’ve ever seen in my 5 years of trucking and I’ve been to some bad ones. I arrived 45 min early for my noon appointment and the woman that checked me in said i will get unloaded at 1pm, so I asked nicely why 1pm? When my appointment is for noon, and she told me there was another truck ahead of me and that I would be next. so I said fine no problem, that still gives me plenty of time to pick up my next load 1 hour away at 5pm. Well she lied because she knew they were doing shift change in 30 min. The next shift wasn’t any better or faster trust me. They finally got me in a door at 4PM and didn’t start unloading me until 5:30pm a hour and a half later.and I still didn’t leave out of there until after 7pm.
