I don't know how the food was as I did not get my order. My husband ordered on the app to be picked up. I rolled up to the priority lane and told her his name. To which she replies that it was a pickup order. I drive around the building and call my husband and he confirms that it is a drive thru order. In the meantime, 2 cars have pulled up in the regular drive thru lane. I pulled to the priority lane again. She wouldn't answer me, so I drove up to the window. She asked if she could help me and I tried to explain that my order was for Matthew and he says it is showing on his app to pick up at the drive thru lane. She says just one minute and closes the window. A lady with curly red hair comes over and proceeds to tell me it is a front counter order. I had my husband send me a picture of his app and try to show her. She starts raising her voice at me and telling me I am being rude and I need to cancel my order. I try to tell her I just want my food. I have a kid in the car and a boot on my foot. I really don't want to come in. She raises her voice again to tell me I am being rude and slams the window. I drive off because I am sooo mad and don't want my kiddo to see this. I drove him home and went back to get a refund. When I walk in, one young lady tells the other one I am there. They try to give me my food and I explain that I don't want my food because I can't be certain nothing has happened to my food. Then she says I am accusing her of doing something to my food. I said, can you please just give me a refund so I can leave. She tells me I am raising my voice and being rude and I need to get out if her store. I tell her she needs to quit talking to me and just refund my order. My voice was raised a little as I was very frustrated and reacting to her raised voice. After I shut up, she finally called someone to get help with refunding my order. She told the person on the other end that she has a customer yelling at her and she has already had to deal with me twice. I stayed quiet and didn't say a word until she gave me my money back. Read moredo not go to this taco bell under any circumstances. we showed up at approximately 10:00pm after i got off of work and ordered two items, we were told to pull around and park because they were waiting on the chalupa. no biggie, i understand what it’s like to be slammed and short staffed, it is beyond stressful. we sat for about 20 minutes, all the cars around us that had also been parked got their food and were gone, so we called the location just to make sure it wasn’t accidentally given to another person. again, we’re only human, it happens. confrontation is not my thing and i was doing everything in my power to avoid it. the girl, probably a teenager (from a former teenager), answered the phone. we ask what happened and she responds “well we don’t know where it went so we’re trying to figure it out.” okay.. so we ask what we should do because it’s been 20 minutes. she says, “i already told you we made it but we don’t know where it went.” okay, well is there no way to remake it..? we have the receipt. chalupas only take about a minute and a half to fry, it shouldn’t be too big of an issue. the girl on the other end says, “i told you four times we already made it.” i draw the line at complete and utter disrespect especially because i have been NOTHING but polite to her. middle of my next sentence she hangs up on me. in no way shape or form was the way she spoke to us okay in ANY way and i hope she loses her job over this, and we will be contacting the main office in fort smith tomorrow. i waited outside the door and eventually the manager came out and was able to get me a receipt and told us the fryer wasn’t working, which wasn’t communicated to us before. she told us she would handle the employee but that girl is going to have to understand that you can’t snap at people especially when working in customer service, and she better have been fired on the spot. we got our refund and left at about 10:45. i am absolutely disgusted with the way we were spoken to and the service we were given at this location. so much for being able to eat and...
Read moreI tried to call the location multiple times to resolve the issue and every time it was a busy signal. I just went through the drive through and ordered one bean burrito, one chips and cheese, two crunchy doritos taco shells and two side orders of black beans and rice. When I checked the order, Not only had they forgotten the chips and cheese, but one of the sides of black beans and rice barely had a table spoon of each in the container. I asked for my chips and cheese and I asked them to please give me an actual scoop of the beans and the rice. I did not realize until I got home that What they had given me in both black beans and rice containers was just the dryest scraped burnt bits of beans and a little bit of rice. Those were for my son to eat and he could barely eat a couple bites because it was so dry and so burnt. I am really frustrated that I wasn't able to get through to them on the phone in order to resolve this nor am I Able to pack my child back into the car to make another trip back to taco bell.
