Paid our deposit for this place, packed up the home we were currently in at the time, loaded it all up and took it over to the apartment to unpack. The second my fiance walked in he stopped in his tracks and set everything outside. There were PILES of dead and live roaches running around, we even saw a bed bug on the ceiling. They also had painted over mold that was in the bathroom. Apparently, the management set off 9 roach foggers in that apartment before we moved in and never cleaned it out. Not only that but it didn't even work, there were still sooo many roaches everywhere. My guess is, that entire building is infested. They offered to let us take a took at a different unit they had available, but what's the point if theyre not even gonna keep up with one apartment. From handling an apartment switch smoothly, to always being on top of maintenance and taking care of my elderly neighbors property (locking up, checking pets, calling emergency contacts) when they had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night. I really like it here it's clean the office staff and maintenance fellas are fantastic and does a great job in a timely manner and fast and friendly.
