Harps Food Stores — Local services in Springdale

I love harps, never had any problem til i went to this one, if this is the harps by HarBer high then this is the right one, i dont complain much but theres an older lady at the deli, short brown hair. First time i had an encounter with her, i ordered 2 meals, she was rude, after what seemed like she was THROWING my food in the plates, she asked if i wanted the roll i said pls, she threw those in the bag too. I thought its ok, she had a bad day. But yesterday, i went back, bought 1 meal. Same body language like she dont want to be there, no smile not handling food with care but anyways she didnt ask about the roll but i saw her put one in .. i pay, i leave. I get to my destination open my food, the roll she had given me was already cut up in half and inside a sandwich bag. Like REALLY?! WELL just because of this lady i give this harps a 1 star for now. One person can a difference, i dont think ill come to this harps no more if i do im not buying nothing from the deli. Poor...

We came to buy lunch instead of going out to eat so we saw your store thinking it was going to be a great pleasure of a trip but I was wrong....Our family shopping experience there was horrible... We are from Southeast Texas coming to visit...and the people here at the store were rude and snooty.... the workers were rude and snooty... we even had an incident in the parking lot of an older gentleman talking to one of your employees ....the older gentleman begin to yelled at my son for putting the buggy to roughly....in the cart holder...I did tell him to not yell at my son. ..that he would not want me to yell at his wife or kids or grandchildren.... I will never come back to your store and I will never recommend your store I probably won't even come back to your state of how rude and snooty your people are in this state....and at the store....pitiful shame that you...

My only complaint is that the counter at the bakery lacks service to customers! I walked up, told them I was picking up an order and told them my name. The guy looked at me and everyone else behind him were just minding their own thing. It really felt like nobody wanted to help. The guy finally went to retrieve my order, but the lady at the fridge brought them out in a cart. I asked how I could pay, and I gladly walked away and chose to check out at the produce checkout. That lady in the blue sweater with white clouds was much more polite! My son’s birthday party very much enjoyed the cake. I’m impressed that something so simple tasted amazing!
