7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Tontitown

So I have been going to seven brew at least five times a week for the last four months but lately the coffee has been tasting different (maybe I’m burnt out) I even tried going to the Springdale location over the Fayetteville location Even tho fayetteville is closer to me just to see if there is a difference and the only difference is they got my sons drink wrong (iced Italian soda w/ lime) I had to tell them the order multiple times I believe they were training someone but still Maybe if they turned the music down just a little they could concentrate better and make the drinks right Idk Very hipster place!! Girl taking orders skipped our car to go to her boyfriend's truck or someone she knew. We were almost to the front and people behind us had their order taken. We had to yell out the window to get someone's attention. And even then we didn't realize our coffees were wrong until we had left! Person at the front was nice but would have been great not to be skipped and get the wrong coffees. Clearly not cookie butter.....

4/1/25 update: I'm not sure why the bother responding and telling you to reach out to them by email. They don't respond there or even try to make it right. Sent a email 3/6/25 and still haven't gotten a reply...

I usually love 7 brew and have been coming here since they have opened, but it seems like the service has started slacking off recently. I asked for 2 drinks today/ Lg. Hot latte, and Lg German Mocha and had a free card for one of them. I asked that the German Mocha be used on the card. Then i was charged almost 8 dollars for the other. Seems like the employees are asking for to much or they don't even adhere to the menu or charged for what's asked. This has been my 2nd incident in a row now. I am disappointed to say I will be taking my coffee...
